Is Ronaldo justified to say that he “feels betrayed” by Manchester United?

No. Just registered to deny this.
The majority are condemning his attitude, he's never been an hero to us and we are screwed having him at the WC with that ridiculous manager.
Noted. Thanks for commenting as we need more perspectives than we normally get.

But apparently he loves the club.

Whoever believes that should wobble his head.
He slammed the Glazer's and said he loves the club in one sentence

What has Neville said about him that’s so bad? Or Rooney? Or did they just not verbally fellate him quite as often as he’d like?

He is spot on about the Glazers, feck them they should be the ones that need to be after.
The irony is that it’s Joel Glazer who wanted Ronaldo in, and exactly for the reason he says: They care about marketing, not about top level sports. A 37 year old Famous Narcissist is a clear marketing device, and a catastrophic sports decision, as has been amply demonstrated. It’s clear he doesn’t even understand what he’s saying, he just takes any sentence that sounds nice for him and throws it out of his 500k-a-week pram.

Not surprised in the slightest by the turn of events over the past day. Ten hag’s only mistake was making him captain in his ill fated return to the side at Villa. Remember how he agitated to leave to go to RM for the best part of a season when we were kings of Europe? His legacy is burnt here - he would have signed for AM remember in the summer - or city!

He clearly has no sentiment towards his ex clubs but expects everyone to bow to sentimentality over his daft demands to be the player we build our team around. So thick skinned it’s almost untrue!

I was just thinking about it before I saw this tweet.

Slagging off Wazza and G. Nev.
Piers is good at what he does to get interest and you can see that with this particular clip. He's feeding Ronaldo words in a sort of Manipulation to help guide the narration.

Displaying the kind of cynicism, bitterness, insecurity and paranoia you’d expect from a political leader who has lost their grip on power and can’t bear the thought of the world leaving them behind.

Some of this just isn't all that surprising. Of course he's not mates with Neville

His pop at the Glazers is generic and true and the good thing about it is I think they will be hurt by that.

Deepthroating information to Howard Nurse.
Oh they deleted it. Luckily twitter is ahead of the game

Oh my God! Manchester United sell things like every other football club on the planet. Stop. The. Press. I can’t believe it. Next you’ll be telling me there’s a link between the 1.4bn we’ve spent on transfers the last decade and us having the highest wage bill in football to this commercial revenue.

Piers Morgan is smart planting those leading stirring the pot questions to make out Ronaldo to be some kind of victim of Manchester United. You know the club who actually help make him the player he is.

The interview is so distasteful on multiple levels. Anyone siding with this snake is an enemy of the club in my book
Ronaldo was so stupid falling for these leading questions.

If Ronaldo had made this all about the infrastructure, the owners, etc. he would have the backing of fans.
Some, sure, but not the ones who actually have life experience. There’s plenty of fans who have serious accountability and responsibility in well paid jobs, who know how to deliver internal change and how tough organisational development can be. You achieve nothing by trying to embarrass people in the press, undermining your colleagues and your organisation.

He’s been attacked and black balled as the scapegoat of the team last season and the fans and pundits have talked nothing but shite about him. False rumors every other day all summer etc. He’s been put through the ringer when in particular last season he was far from the issue.

He’s responded too it and called out the club that has stagnated publicly which was correct. We have not heard the whole interview yet but the main and only thing upsetting fans is his lack of respect for ETH.

He would not just randomly say something like that without a reason, clearly their is some legitimate truth to this story and as stated before if it was about a lack of care/compassion for his daughter being ill especially after recent events then I don’t blame the man. He said nothing about the fans and he stated he loved the fans. I’m curious to see the full interview.

The fans will back the manager and look at things one sided but it will be interesting to see the long term view. Fans hater Mourinho blunt honesty as well and he ended up being correct about nearly everything he said.

Also when he said people at the club didn’t want him their last season either it makes perfect sense. The glazers or Woodward or someone didn’t want to feel the backlash/embarrassment of him going to City and he was brought in despite what seems to be many not actually wanting him their to begin with.

One thing I will say is Ronaldo truly made the worse late career moves I have seen. Juve he performed at a high level and he probably should have stayed their but he wanted to win the CL so he was going to City then he got sucked into old pals and Ferguson telling
Him to go to United and he let his heart make a decision over his mind. Bad decision.

The United fans will just look at him as the bad guy but an objective view would show their is a lot more to this.

Heck I’ll probably get multiple replies just for even saying an opposite view.
That's all assumptions you have said without any basis of proof

Easy way of trying to score some points and sympathy with the fans. It has been known for 10 years or so that the Glazers arent sugardaddy owners but that Manchester United is the sugardaddy of the Glazer family.
Surprised by how many can't see this. He had no problems with the Glazers for years.
