I'm 59 and I can tell you that hits you without any warning, I could play with my son with no physical issues, hiking mountains (well if we can call mountains what we have in Pennsylvania) and soon I hit 50 I started going down, really sucks to get old.

Suarez isn’t wrong though, he knew the punishment for doing that and accepted. Ghana missed the penalty back then and again today. They’re a bit soft
 
ref just needs to book the next playacter and warn the rest that continuing their BS will continue in more cards. Shit is sad to watch.
