19y and already a world class CM? I’m not sure I’ve seen a better player in his position <20y (not wing or pure attacking midtfielder).
Fabregas was the best young CM I've seen by far.

The real problem if we want to buy him is can he play double pivot next to Casemiro? If he can't then we will have another Pogba problem.

I think his most effective position is the same position or role as the best of Pogba at Juventus, except Bellingham is better defensively and more discipline than Pogba. We don't really need to spend more than 100m on him at the moment IMO. His contract is expired in 2025, we can just wait until 2024 or even 2025 to sign him. If other club is willing to pay 150m next year then nothing else we can do. He will be so perfect to play under Klopp and Liverpool current team though because they really need this type of midfielder.

I think us paying 150 mil is worth it. You've got to think that's factoring in how much it'd be worth him not going to Liverpool or City

On Rawk, it seems Henderson did the deal during their celebration.

Is it worthy to spend almost all the transfer budget just to land Bellingham?
It's hard to say but I honestly think so with this kid.

This is one of the reasons we need a consistent manager and several windows to build up a proper squad, so that if a player like this ever comes along, we can snap them up instead of having to compromise in another area (see City with Haaland).
The only other position i'd prioritise over him right now is a world-class CF, which currently doesn't exist on the market imo.

Liverpools era is over. Once Klopp goes they’re finished. If I were him I’d probably choose City. Madrid and Barca are both sorted midfield wise.

Honestly I'd pay whatever they hell they wanted. But I'm not sure it would be enough to get him to choose us over the over options. Unless we have an unreal second half of the season.

Wherever he goes, going to City would be by far the most tedious and sad choice. Plus he's too good to watch play in that dull hollow team in that dull hollow cave of a ground.

He is going to be hyped to the stars but it is important to remember the level of team we have played so far, and how much slower and less intense international football is even if we made it all the way to the final. Same story in the Bundesliga. How will all that translate to the PL? He hasn't always been great in the bigger CL games.

Dortmund is a curse for us anyway. I don't want us getting dragged into spending 150m on him to find out he's another Kagawa when he gets here.

Over rated as usual.

Yes absolutely brilliant and definitely the best in class for England at the moment but as usual completely over hyped with impossible standards to hit or consistently play to.

Would obviously love him at United but not absolutely essential and we’ll do just fine with the many other brilliant midfielders in the world that we may go for.

I think he joins Liverpool when they get new investment as a status signing.

England were completely overrun in that first 30 mins and unfortunately he was a reason for that too. He played excellently for the first two goals and stepped it up a bit from then on but he’s still got clear naiveties and inconsistencies that don’t warrant a 150m fee currently.

Jude been playing well for Dortmund, too. It's not just for England. So, you cannot just say it's hype or he's inconsistent.

I would be cautious here. Deli Allí has many similarities to Bellingham and looked like he had the world at his feet and now look where he is.

He is clearly very promising but I also don’t see him being particularly technical (a bit like Alli).

Huh? Tecnique was one of the best bits about Dele's game.

Casemiro x Bellingham x Bruno
There you go. Jude would be perfect the perfect match with Casemiro behind Bruno. He's got an unbelievable engine and extreme qualities in both ends of the pitch. Class player!

All the Liverpool fans are convinced its done both in the Henderson celebration and the way him and Trent have been documenting their adventures in Qatar. I just cant see Liverpool paying over 100m again for a player.

How is he over rated and then you say he’s the best in class for England?

You know it's true though.

He's getting majorly over hyped. The two kids at Barcelona/Spain and Real Madrid/France look better right now.
The two Barca dudes maybe, but Bellingham has shown quite a bit more than the two Madrid guys in my opinion

Well Camavinga has certainly done more in his career. I even think that Musah kid had a better game against Bellingham in the group stages. Big test for Bellingham against France, if he does it in that game I think people can start thinking he's the real deal. United, in particular, have been stung with overhyped Dortmund talent before.

It’s easy decision imo. The type of money like 150m-200m is only worth investment for world class young age attacker with potential ballon dor like Mbappe not Bellingham imo.

Why can't you be both?
Because all the “hype” is about him being the best England have got. If that’s the case then that’s not over rated. That’s just realistic.

Being over rated would be calling him the best in the world or one of the best ever which I don’t see people saying. One of the best youngsters in the world yes.

The hype has him as a £150m footballer which he isn't. Birmingham retired his shirt when he was 17, which was daft. There are plenty of little things which are overhyping him.

The £150m hype is just tabloids speculating what price he’d cost. But the tax on English players has always been there. They always cost more than foreign players.

Don’t think he’ll go for that much anyway.

Thought the same after the celebration, like a lot of the ground work has been done and he's all but signed from them.

I guess if a Liverpool sale or investment goes through they could afford him but also if no-one like Madrid or City come in, Dortmund will have to accept the highest offer and it may only be 70-80m like with Sancho.
