They did a documentary about it before the world cup on danish tv. Apparently the Cameroon people suffer greatly under the current President and he essentially made Eto'o the leader of the football association in order to score some cheap propaganda points with the people.If someone doesn't want to be filmed just put the camera down, zero sympathy for the guy with the camera.
