If their fixtures fall Thursday then Sunday they will be doing a lot of rotating and rightfully so. I don't think any Premier League club would risk throwing away the domestic opportunity Arsenal has for a chance to win this second tier European competition. Possibly the only exception is City because they are desperate to win any European trophy at this point.

I think that’s the “restrictions“ they are talking about clarifying today.. Normaly same for Roma, Lazio (both to play home their first leg). Not only same City but also same stadium. It could be Tuesday/Thursday for them… And similar City restrictions will apply for Sevilla Betis when further down.
