There were some promising moves, mostly when we remained patient enough to pass the ball around, trying to draw defenders out of position with little give-and-goes. It is okay to slow down sometimes, really. It can even help.

Agreed. Created a good chance for Mctominay with his right foot and played a quick through ball to Rashers on the break amongst other things. Just more direct than his typical performances for us.
