There’s no way I would consider selling him, but I do wonder if he would be tempted by this prospect

Casemiro is unavailable but we do have another Brazilian midfielder with the same qualities if you're interested.

He gets unfairly treated by the refs here and will continue to do so, you do wonder if the early magic has worn off because he has been poor for a while now. He might be tempted.

We can even offer up a young Scottish international who works in a perfect axis with the second Brazilian.

McTomiro would be a great fit next to Kimmich.

I mean as a club, we need to reflect what stage of the process we're at.

If we honestly believe we can win the PL or CL next season - keep him. If that isn't on the scope - then I'd be tempted to sell, and maybe look for someone with a longer shelf life.

I really don't think Casemiro is the sort of character who would finally leave Madrid, come to the biggest team in the Premier League, and then duck out with his tail between his legs after one season.

Can't see it myself; he came here for the challenge of restoring us to our former glory - one season and the league cup doesn't cut it. He's not going to the Bundesliga where Bayern walk the title almost every season - he clearly likes a challenge and the Prem is the best and most competitive league in the world.

Good point, however stranger things have happened in football!

Tuchel is on the verge of the sack anyway.

Feel like he’s permanently in that state at any club he’s at.

If Bayern offer most of what we paid for him I would take it.

A number of his performances in the last few months suggest that his legs are going and that he doesn't have long left at the very top level.

Id be tempted to cash in and bring in Moisés Caicedo to replace him.

His performances suggest no such thing, the whole team has been scraping by not just him.

They are absolutely knackered as we have no depth to step in and cover when injuries/suspensions kick in.

If Bayern offer 1 gazillion, we should consider it.

He shouldn't be knackered given all the breaks he's arranged for himself.

Not the daftest option, and a club at the very top of their game with other experienced leaders would probably do exactly this. Look at how city handled Sterling.

I feel like we’ve got too much to do this summer though, so we’ll let him steadily deteriorate ala Matic until he’s worth basically nothing.

I say sell him if the price is right. Definitely shows class, but is old, gets cards far too easily and not great for future.

Yes but Casemiro has been rested due to suspension so he should be fresher than most.

To be clear I'll be happy if he stays but equally I would understand if he was moved on to bring in younger legs.

Bayern don't do that kind of crazy thing. If they are interested, which I doubt, they will make a very low offer.

Selling Casemiro and signing Caicedo paying almost the same would be utopian but ideal.

Straight swap for Kimmich or de Ligt and we have a deal.
