Putting bets on Liverpool from now until the end of the season. If they're winning all their games I'm making money out of it at least.

Squeaky bum time if we lose tomorrow. We can't wait for the season to end quick enough.

Our fragile players must be crumbling now.

Tomorrow is a test of our mentality more than anything. Come on as warriors and put 200% efforts into the game if we want to stay in top 4. Let's see what our players are made of.

I’m not convinced Liverpool are looking great again the same way I’m not convinced we are looking as bad as people make out. I’ve just got this nagging feeling we’re going to feck it up. They will shithouse wins until the rest of the season.

Still though, looking at our fixtures we should be getting 9 points. It’s going to become a dogfight if we lose tomorrow though. A win would ease the pressure almost entirely.

A few on here had themselves convinced Liverpool wouldn't win all of their remaining games are they still so sure?

No surprise to me if they do, just three left now probably all 1-0 wins.

Up to Manchester United and Newcastle to hold their nerve and not allow them finish top 4...

If we throw 4th to Liverpool it's a massive blow to the managers credentials.
A fridge falling on top of him would also be a massive blow, but until that happens let's not throw him out with the old recycling just yet.

Yep, I hear you. Honestly I've felt like this since we lost to Newcastle. Liverpool seem to be grinding out wins or scoring with every shot they take and we're fluffing chance after chance.

I am sort of glad scouse are pushing us for this top 4 spot. We have to do this hard way , then so be it. Good test of mentality for these players.

We won't and we shouldn't but for me that would be 2 out of 3 strikes against him should that happen. Pretty perilous to go into next season with that kind of negativity around the club and new owners coming in.

Despite their resurgence, Liverpool have been shit. They definitely did not deserve 9 points from games against Spurs, Fulham and Brentford.

West Ham is a must win game, this will be a really tough game and a drawer is not good enough well need to score 2 or 3 to win let’s see what ETH and this team have, it really is a win at all cost because win tomorrow and United will get top 4, Draw or lose, I just don’t know?
That’s the reality of the situation

Yeah they've been incredibly lucky. Still expect them to win their 3 remaining games though, so our boys need to get the job done.

The late pressure on the players could be a good thing as it will show their mentality and who needs to be shipped out if we do mess it up.
Firmly believe we'll win the next 3 in a row and qualify.

I wish I could take your absolute belief as a comfort but the way your lot we're giving it large about Bohely's 10 year plan while the entire club was on fire makes it a bit hard to buy in
Whilst I done no such thing, that can only be proven as a failure after ten years.

Liverpool do not look great. Even if you do drop points, they will too. You and Newcastle are safe.

Feck me man, I wish I had the confidence (or maybe it's copium?) some of you lot have having watched United over recent weeks. I can't see us winning every game between now and the end of the season.

 Alright, I'm in!

I hope you're right but this Pool team aren't playing for anything now except the off chance us or Newcastle feck up, and we're doing shite under pressure right now.

We know who needs to go? We don't need to miss out on the top 4 to prove some people need to go.

The challenge facing this United team is feeling somewhat different now. I was sure that Liverpool would drop some points between now and end of season but they have found a rhythm so what that though they aren’t exactly blowing teams away, they are doing just enough to get over the line in all their games. They’ve shown that they’ve got that quality, the mentality and also have had a slice of luck along the way. I wouldn’t be surprised to see them grind out wins for the rest of the season.

We should by all accounts still have enough to get the points needed but it’s not without its doubts. As a team, it feels like the number of games has caught up and we are vulnerable especially away from home. We are struggling for goals, and we are struggling to compete for 90min.

I’m a little worried for tomorrow but if we can get a win then it’s a massive boost to our chances. It’s two games in two weeks afterwards, which are both very winnable especially as we will have ample time to recover.

At the end of the day, trophies are everything and if we add the FA Cup to our trophy cabinet this season, along with the League Cup, then top 4 will be just an after thought.

Look at the table. Pool only have 3 games left and they’re still 1 point behind us and we have 5 games left. We have 13 points out of our last 18. Even seriously patchy form from our not no so difficult run in should see us into the top 4.

  People keep saying that every week now. But still they have won last 6 games.
I am pretty sure that they will win remaining 3.
It is all about us now. We must win 3 games. Win against West Ham tomorrow would be huge step for that 4th spot.

Yep, we have played very poorly in our last few games. Giving away chances at almost every attack against us and then hardly creating much, or at least not frequently enough

Even assuming Liverpool win all their remaining games, we can lose two games in five and still finish top four. And our remaining games are against the teams in 10th, 11th, 13th, 14th and 15th. Which is why the bookmakers give us an implied probability of around 84% to finish in the top four.

I can't tell if some of you guys are just catastrophising or looking for a chance to criticise the team/manager but I really hope ye're not this fretful in the rest of your lives.

Let me ask you something. You're Jude Bellingham, you're leaving Dortmund in the summer, hypothetically you're only options this summer are Arsenal or United, both paying equal.

Arsenal pushed City to the final 5 games of the season then bottled the league. Played well all year, didn't win anything.

United won a league cup and the FA cup, but struggled to finish 4th and couldn't beat any of the top half of the league away all season, not to mention got smashed by their biggest rivals then, ultimately ended up in the EL again.

Which team do you feel is on the up and which team would you fancy your chances at winning the league and playing regular CL football?

Who gives a feck if they do?
Out of their hands. United will end in 3rd, Newcastle 4th.

West Ham isn't a 'must win' at all. We can afford to lose to them and still make top 4.
