If there is anything in the price, you have to get it done before 30/06.

After that De Gea is unattached and the price skyrockets for every keeper in the world for us.
Not at all, ultimately Henderson is a viable option for us next year if we can't bring in a new keeper. His salary is third of what we're paying De Gea and I'd be hard pushed to say it weakens the team at all.

"Inter are waiting to hear United's intentions"
"They intend to accelerate their pursuit"
"Situation has not yet passed from words to deeds"
"MUFC are thinking about making an offer"

I love this time of year!

God I really hope we sign him, can't wait for the heart attacks when he's having a wander up to the half way line

Can't wait for the cafe to lable him as stupid when he's cut out on the half way line...
After years of watching De Gea rooted to his goal line, I will be giving our next keeper the benefit of the doubt if they make the odd misjudgement when leaving their penalty area. It will be refreshing to see a change in style after so many years, even if it comes with the occasional error.

I like him and I want him. And I think he’s a much more important signing than Mount, so he would be my priority

No.24 is available for him too

I can’t wait to hear a certain Rihanna song being sung in the stands.

Has he been injured quite a lot in recent years or has he been rotated with another keeper? I know he was banned in Feb 2021 for 12 months.

Just 24 league games with Inter. Ajax 24 games in 2019-20. Can he be our main keeper to play 38 league and the cup games like De Gea has done most of his career and other top keepers?

We have been pretty shocking in the market for too long. Onana (and the manager seemingly loves him) and Randal Kolo both free over the last 12 months. 100 million to buy them now. Raboit was free to Juve and we’ve needed young energetic midfielders with talent on the ball for years. Donnarumma was free when we gave Henderson that stupid contact and we were being offered 40 million for him. Really good young strikers were available when we went back to Ronadlo and all the other stop gaps over the years. We simply have to be a lot smarter in the future and stop waiting around for the most obvious and expensive solution to every problem.

Wasn't Raiola Donnarumma's agent at the time? We were never going to sign a Raiola client when he was in the press bad mouthing United about Pogba every month. While I agree we need to be more savvy in the market, things aren't as straightforward as getting the best free transfer available.

Ten Hag agreed to come to United a few months after Onana had already signed for Inter. Rabiot is still available on a free this summer.

I agree we need to get better at how we operate in the market but every club will miss opportunities. The more concerning part for me are things like actioning an £80m bid for Harry Maguire, or still deliberating over whether David de Gea should stay at the club. I appreciate it might not be the same people in charge now as at the time of the Maguire bid, but those kinds of transfer decisions are big indicators the people in charge don't have a clue what's going on.

Anyone know anything about the source?

The aggregator account is crap and known bullshitter. I'd try and find the original source.

Edit: just looked on his twitter and the AC Milan reddit, as he seems to mostly tweet their news. Unreliable.

I love the mad bastard. Sure he's going to get caught out now and then and reality checked but for the most part he will allow us to play so much higher up the pitch. You saw how City couldn't get an effective press going in the final. He's that extra man on the ball we've been missing for almost a decade.

Getting in Onana for De Gea would be a huge upgrade. He has been my dream GK signing since the CL final.

Not wise to be trusting Italian transfer reporting I am afraid. I would like the player a lot though.

Looks like it's just some guy who runs an AC Milan aggregator account as per the bio. Might even be the same bloke who does mufcmpb

Bullshit either way.
