is this a joke? 28 games in 3 years in J-League?

Obligatory YT vid makes some good saves, if £5m true then as number 2 or 3 then looks a good deal

Been a huge fan of his for about 10 years now.

Love that he has hands, and that he puts gloves on them.

If we get him, it shows our scouts are finally looking at players not already spotted by the CAF or the rest of the football world at large. Well done I say!

Only signing him because he played against the Netherlands u21 the other day. Classic Ten Hag.

Guys, in Japan you pronounce the surname first so it is Suzuki Zion.

Never heard of him until now.

I like bargain "who the hell is that" signings like this. They might hardly ever work out, but it's no risk and potentially a great story. As long as he keeps his Zion the ball he will be fine.

If this is true then I feel he'll be loaned out for a few years. He's eligible to represent Japan, USA and Ghana.

The tweet below since being linked to Man Utd.

He's obviously going big on that Ederson comparison...

I'd be happy to see the club make a signing like this though. Considering how important having a modern GK who can play out from the back has become, and how expensive they can now be, the club should be looking to identify young GKs like this and bring them in early. Even if he spends a few years on loan, if he ever does become good enough to at least challenge to be #1 then you could well have found your GK for the next 10+ years.

Agreed.

We also have a young 17 year old keeper at youth level (Elyh Harrison) who has excellent ability on the ball for his age.

He's not a real person. People on twitter made him up and used technology to make the photos you're seeing.

An elaborate WUM to see people discussing United signing some made up character
