Fred is like sex without the orgasm.
I mean there are good feelings sometimes and sometimes even lots of good feelings that feel like it's building to the ultimate good feeling and then..
........ prrrffftttt. Nothing.

Sell for good money and wish him well.
Isn’t sex without the orgasm just 2 min of disappointing, frantic action?:nervous:

Best offer outside of PL, but I am sure United might be willing to be pay £80M or even £100m, Bayern is offering £70m and some change as add-ons, he is better off accepting a better offer from PL teams
He doesn't want to sell to a premier league team. Its probably preferable to losing him on a free but clearly not the ideal scenario for him.

Name a worse club captain in the last 25-30 years
It’s a very subjective question, and obviously ‘define worse’ comes into it.
Id think maybe Young or more likely Valencia- he was too quiet and introvert to be captain. He was all about ‘setting the example’ but I don’t feel he was a strong enough character. At least Harry gives direction on the field, tries to organise his defence etc…

He couldn’t organise a piss up, our defensive structure has looked a shambles

I’d say they weren’t good captains
Where as maguire is a very poor captain

I'm sure Villa are interested in him, but feel like he's just dropping the other names based on previous interest.
You are correct. In the article itself, Kajumba stated our interest as if it was historical and hasn't hinted at any ongoing interest from United.

Hoping some Saudi club would bid for Maguire , Martial. That’s probably only way we can offload them.

Good moving of the goalposts.
Moving of goalposts (or the accusation of) has become a thing on the caf when you're called out for an opinion. You asked to give a specific opinion on what you actually mean and suddenly you're moving goalposts, these days.

This club really is clueless. Put it down to 40m and we'll have a good few clubs wanting him. Now we'll be stuck with a useless CB and pay him dumb wages.

Its all just speculation and had it been mentioned 40 m as asking price there would still be criticism , my Guess there is deal to be done here and Maguire can leave for 30 m or so if Clubs are really interested .

You don't put the initial price at the level that other clubs will happily pay, you set it higher then negotiate. Basic stuff.

I find it hard to believe that the club values Maguire at 50M, this is from Luckhurst who is not always accurate with his reporting.

If an offer comes in for Maguire, the club will assess and if they think this is the best they can get they will accept it, in my estimation, it could be anything from 20m to 40m, but no where near 50m.

Should put you in charge, you clearly know what you're talking about.
