2024 prem titleSuperstition, it looks like.
That's a cool announcement.
That’s the synergy we need!2024 prem title
You think? I think we’re all mostly optimistic about the change and what style of football we’re trying to achieve. I think the place could have been pretty toxic with de gea here for another season, there was only a small handful of people still supporting him come the end of the season.Happy to have found a replacement to De Gea. Like any new signing though he is going to be obliterated on here.
I personally think he will smash it for us.
Messi wore 30 at psgA starting keeper with number 24? Disgusting.
Messi was a terrible goalkeeper.Messi wore 30 at psg
Even if he himself wants the 24?Buzzing for the deal. Think he’s a massive upgrade on de Gea and honestly I think afew de Gea fans will be in for a massive shock about how much of a difference he makes to the side. That being said (yes call me a grump) I hate that he’s number 24. I would much prefer we just give him the number 1.
We won't be able to afford No. 1 with the parasites still in charge.A starting keeper with number 24? Disgusting.
I hate these stupid stats. Enough to spend 2 mins to have a quick look myself.Tweet

If that happens I'll put a tenner on us winning the treble. What a week it's been. Rashford's contract, new captain, Onana, beat Lyon... All we need is a "Here we go!" with West Ham having a €40m bid for Maguire accepted.

Call me old fashioned, but your number 1 should be your number 1 if the number 1 is available.Am I missing something? What’s cringe here?
Pianos are costlyShite announcement.
NumberwangWhy’s he number 24 and not 1?
I heard it was his goal for clean sheets in the PL this season.Birthday is 2nd of April…2/4/96
Assume this is the 24 inspiration?
Well he is a keeper and those players are outfield players so impressive number of passes even if more minutes.I hate these stupid stats. Enough to spend 2 mins to have a quick look myself.
TAA played 627 mins
Fabinho - 631 mins
KDB - 721 mins
Stones - 686 mins
Onana - 1170 mins
Onana averaged 35.5 passes / 90 mins (in the CL)
Ederson averaged 27.4 /90 in the league and De Gea averaged 28.5/90 in the league..
So by this stat, De Gea is a better sweeper keeper than Ederson.
feck twitter accounts and the constant spamming of meaningless stats.
There's something very satisfying about GK #1, RB #2, CBs #3, #4, LB #5, DM #6, CM1: #8, CM2# 10, Wingers #7, 11, Forward #9.Call me old fashioned, but your number 1 should be your number 1 if the number 1 is available.
Why do you care what numbers the players wear?I’d rather watch the women’s World Cup than see our keeper wearing #24
24,1 and a 7 that's wangernumNumberwang
Didn’t get this. Explain pleaseHopefully his wife will manage to hide all Lasix pills from him this time around.
We aren't Arsenal mate we will probably do something decent.Came across this suggestion from someone else on Twitter. Pretty funny so passing it on:
If #Man Utd fans do not use ‘Onana what’s my name’ for their chant, that would be an opportunity missed.
It really is quite catchy.
Lb 5? You mean 3?There's something very satisfying about GK #1, RB #2, CBs #3, #4, LB #5, DM #6, CM1: #8, CM2# 10, Wingers #7, 11, Forward #9.
Too short for the PL like Martinez? Onana is 1,90 m by the way, that's sufficient.Way too short to deal with the constant balls into the box we see in his league. A concern.
