Onana doesn't look agile at all, which I don't think is helping
Refused to pay for TnT. Found a stream instead. Back to the 90s...640x480 res style.I can tell from posts who has actually been watching and who never bothered getting TNT sports. Even Scholes the dour man himself just said United have actually played really well.
Fair enough but what does Ten Hag do to fix the execution issue? No, that just means the plan is executed badly.
not a bad call at allWe should have just kept Romero.
And we would, we ate them in first half. Keep being miserable though, good luck with that.Says the person who said we'd beat Brighton easily. All you do is mindlessly spout predictions about us winning everything and nothing ever going wrong
That's as true as them also having trust in their keeper. It was a team thing. We saw it last season many times. The defense had an in form Casemiro and Martinez, along with healthy Shaw and Varane. Why are people ignoring this.
Can't we just say Onana has been crap without bringing up de Gea?
Probably because he’s playing alongside Lindelof. Because Maguire is the scapegoat, Lindelof has got off lightly. Another player which should have been sold and replaced a long time ago.Yep, I know he got a pretty bad injury but I'm very concerned by his drop off. Varane was by far our best cb this season and as expected he got injured. Without him we've been horrible.
Maybe true but you have to have standards. Can't regress like this. There's no one we could get that would do any better. I'd rather they persevered with him until they could actually get someone in with a long term strategy in mind, not just a reactionary appointment.
The only clock you'd be resetting is on the whole team ever being successful again.
It's got me worried about Burnley and Palace. I thought we'd have plenty even with our issues, but I don't think they will be much worse than Bayern. What gets me is Bayern don't have to play that well to be two up.
I don't think he even looks great on the ball. Better than De Gea, but I've seen plenty of keepers who look better.Too early to be sure. But so far, who can argue with that.
I can say he looks great on the ball. But shot stopping on big nights is key.
Didn't Ten Hag withdraw DDGs contract after he'd signed it?Nah, pointless. Things are fecked and it's about a lot more than the manager. He's got an impossible job with everything going on and a few minor mistakes plus failing to get a proper keeper to sign a contract can't be used against him as if this is all his fault.
He's not done anything wrong so far, but he looks a disaster waiting to happen to me.I already said it. Upa isn't a bad defender.
Rio saying it should have been Martinez, but I think your both wrong.it was Martinez that fecked up for Gnabry goal. Lindelof hasn’t done much wrong today.
Great player, painful punditScholesy just said Rashford’s looked a real threat down the left
The inevitable drop off all our players seem to have no matter how good they were for another team or for a short period for us.Something wrong with Licha this season. He is not nuts anymore.

This. Still 45 mins let's have a go!I’m sick of hearing this game could be different if such a goal went in… was the same against Brighton. If that goal stood we could have won. We need to move on from not scoring and try to score the next possible chance! Can’t live on what ifs
World Record.I know I'm being dim here but WR?
Reguilon seems to have the remit to go forward though and Eriksen is ending up in the box as well, so I’m not sure what the defensive plan for that flank is.Lindelof is an easy target.
Actually, Sane has got in behind countless times because Martinez and Reguilon have been caught out of position.
Depends on who you support, I suppose. It's really no fun watching us play these days
Go back and watch the reactions to when the defence or keeper did a routine thing. They all celebrated it as a small win. They fought for everything. No? I got the complete opposite, the team were shit scared with him in goal as he wouldn't claim a damn thing.
He is not. He had one very good season with Inter, good performances with Ajax but nowhere near the assurance to be a top keeper. Not saying that he won't find consistency with United or won't be great eventually but you didn't get a prime Oblak or Courtois.Onana is a proven, top keeper. Let's not suggest that this was expected. He'll be ok, it's just unfortunate and the way everything is going right now. I'm not worried about him, and we ALL wanted a new keeper. Every keeper drops a clanger or two during a long season. I don't expect him to make this the norm, so let's settle down a bit.
Who else do we have who isn't injured? For Dalot at least.Imagine fielding Dalot and Pellistri on the right side in a CL game
Mate there haven't been standards for a long time! There won't be any until we have owners that actually care about sporting success!Maybe true but you have to have standards. Can't regress like this.
If it keeps going it's unsustainable
I think it’s a combination of laziness and the way we play football. Everything’s done at 100mph, there’s no composed build up play, it’s just hoof it forward as quick as possible then we lose possession high up and get countered and have to bust a gut to get back, rinse and repeat. It doesn’t help we’re terrible at retaining possession so we constantly have to chase the ball down and press the opposition which tires us out even more. 30 minutes into a game and we look fecked and matters are made even worse by the fact we have 2 players in the middle of the park in Casemiro and Eriksen whose legs have completely gone.Every run and sprint they make it feels like that’s the last one they’ve got in the tank. I’ve felt this for ages. Like they’ve got a chip on the shoulder whenever they have to run.
If they do it now I'd celebrate it like Ole's goal at the Nou Camp.Go back and watch the reactions to when the defence or keeper did a routine thing. They all celebrated it as a small win. They fought for everything.
Everything now is disconnected
