It is a huge deal actually. Especially if you have a shit season and your attitude in general stinksI don't like him as a player but such things could happen. I don't see a big deal.

Pull this shenanigans at any other top club he'll be booed off the park.Out of maybe around 50 players he knows over the years from England NT and United he seems to be close with the wrong uns. Lingard and Sancho. And their behaviors are the same too. I wonder why.
You know the drill, hairdryer today and sold in the summerIf Sir Alex was still the manager what would he have done with this Rashford situation?
Hairdryer, Shoe in the forehead, sold to saudi arabia in the summer. You know the drill, hairdryer today and sold in the summer
But i’m not fixated on the bit about him traveling, what i am saying is that doing it in a completely different city, which requires him to fly back in a private jet, makes it worse than it already is. Doesn’t matter if it’s just a 1 or 2 hour flight, simply because it has further negative effect on his body In terms of fatigue. Even in the post you’re quoting i’m stating that doing it in Belfast is a combination that makes it worse. I’ve already said several times that the main problem is him going clubbing hours before he’s due to show up at training. He took a 1 hour flight from one part of the country to another to report for training once. You are completely missing the point if you are transfixed on him travelling from Belfast to Manchester before training. The club and media would be completely hypocritical to focus on that considering professional elite football is entirely dependent on short haul flights to operate.
A story of him going out clubbing in Manchester and then allegedly reporting sick the next day, unable to train, would be equally damning.
Are you talking about the player(s) or the posts criticising him?Nice bunch we have here
3 nightouts1 shitty celebration
Great attitude that.Seems like he's just waiting for the manager to get sacked before he starts taking football seriously again.
That's the issue really, we have had party animals before, but they always produced on the pitch. If this was last season, he would get away with it, however this season he has been abysmal.Great attitude that.
I can’t wait to see the back of him. I can take this shit if he puts in a shift. But the bloke just walks all over the pitch.
Correct.I’m just glad we didn’t give him a massive contract that no other club will be willing to pay so that it’s easy to move him on.
right?
They definitely know now.So did the club and the manager not know he was in Belfast and having a night out?
He won't be the last player to do that, it seems quite a common occurence. Not just here.Basicaly he put in some effort for a few months last year to get a bumper new contract and since then he's gone back to minimal effort.
Obviously, but surely he had permission to fly over for a few days? They definitely know now.
People don't see that these players have a different obligation and level of professionalism than the every day Joe working for the government.... And on top, if you dont put in effort at work, you will be fired. Makes his stupid goal celebration look even more stupid nowThis.
Imagine saying these things are not a big deal for a player who's already rightly accused of not putting in enough efforts on the pitch.
Need to write a plea to PSG/Qatar and hope they obligeA decent midtable PL player who gets paid as one of the best in the world.
Let's be honest, we would do the same.
Anyway, the contract extension was a mistake. No team was really gonna offered him what we did. It will be hard to sell him now, but if we are lucky and get something around 40m (and his wages off) we should be over the moon.
yeah, in many sports as wellHe won't be the last player to do that, it seems quite a common occurence. Not just here.
He planned to fly back on friday morning after a night out to train the same day. Even if he didn’t call in sick that is unprofessional.I don't like him as a player but such things could happen. I don't see a big deal.
Here you go:Where's that "Sell or Keep" poll again?
Anyway, it will be interesting to see how EtH approach this. If I were him that knows I'd be sacked in the summer anyway, I wouldn't give a shit and keep playing him.
