You're being dismissive and facetious and doing the exact thing you're accusing me of- which is to ascribe no fault at all and not seeing the other side.
No. This is where the nuance comes in. I am not disagreeing with the principle of what you’re saying. I am disagreeing with your interpretation of what was said. I have explained to you my view on why Hamilton commented, and why I feel his statement doesn’t imply anything and how it’s very consistent with what I would consider a bog standard response.
You haven’t explained your view though. I can’t begin to understand why you think what you do, because you haven’t explained what it’s implying, how it’s implying it, and why you think it’s being implied. You also haven’t explained why you think a “no comment” is an acceptable response. Of course it is an option, but it’s not a practical option.
Sure I could cut out the laughing GIFs but genuinely from my perspective its absolutely farcical that you can call this defamation and that you can “guarantee” others saw it this way too.
And I’ll be brutally honest with you, the fact you came immediately suggesting I had a different view to you and that I thought you were biased because of Hamilton’s race has probably irrationally riled me up. It’s pathetic and descends this conversation into something it doesn't need to go to. Do you immediately think that people have an irrational hatred of Max because he is white also?
