They had their shirts on underneath. I didn’t see anyone having to put shin pads on.

Amad should never be playing as a wing back really. In any top team he’d be part of an attacking front three, not pretending to be a full back half of the time.

He genuinely excels whenever he plays there deeper in spite of being there, not because he should be playing fullback

If you really think his finishing, dribbling and decision making will suddenly get better with age(when it hasn't from when he was 18) is on you. If anything his dribbling has gotten worse. Also he's not fast enough to be a top-top player.

Young players are inconsistent. It's expected.

The list of players whose all round game and finishing in particular improved significantly at 21/22 is huge.
