What a way for Stevie to go. Last game at Anfield they lose 3-1 to Palace and now his last game, 4-0 down and it's not even HT at Stoke
If he is, the full back who flies through the air after Valencia launches a cross at their ankles is a close second.Valencia the fastest player in the world?
Even 6'0 (which I've seen on the internet but don't buy. At most he's 5'11 imo) is too small for a keeper in the BPL and it's not like it's the first time in his career Valdes has looked suspect from balls in the air either. I would be seriously worried if we were genuinely considering Valdes as our number 1 next season. It could be Fabien Barthez all over again. Even Thibaut Courtois said Valdes wasn't big enough for the Premier League. Size does matter in the Premier League, to pretend that it doesn't is illogical. He's okay as a number 2, but never a number 1.The point is that one dropped catch shouldn't be 'more evidence', there really is little point in gathering 'evidence' regarding Valdes' ability to perform in the premier league from this match due to the obvious circumstances, his injury, lack of game time and first start, as for any player they need some time to adjust, not just De Gea but older players too. Valdes also is 6 ft, not sure why you feel like making things up.
He knows his name is in at least 3 of those envelopes.
Thanks. Forgotten we were playing. This is the man utd vs hull matchday thread. Not premier league thread.
So'ton are a goal down, so the scousers still go to the EL anyway...Liverpool 4 down. Adam.

So that means we want mr slowpoke on the wings where we desperatly lack speed on both sides.Because this season Januzaj has done nothing to warrant a start anywhere this season.
Me too. Despite the drop he has looked pretty solid.I'm liking Valdes so far.

Oh sweet Jesus.5-0 stoke
Wouldn't Spurs winning mean they miss out? Or is it 5th and 6th that get the spot? So'ton are a goal down, so the scousers still go to the EL anyway...
