It’s really amateurish isn’t it.. you’re right, it can’t be just on the manager, 4 consecutive managers can’t just be telling our players to do whatever they like.. we’d do well to start targeting really disciplined players to try and turn the tide, also as a club as big as United they need to take a serious look at teams like Brighton and how they operate their football side, and maybe even poach their set up.. it worked for City when they essentially brought Barcelona to the premier league
Yep we need to change everything we do. I can’t see anything changing this season though, I thought things couldn’t get any worse but boy was I wrong!

We still have the victory disease. The club hasn't realised yet it needs to remodel itself not on the man utd prototype but on more successful clubs prototypes. Build of a successful model like Brighton not the failed man utd model. Just copy what they do from director of football approach to scouting to medical to training.

The whole feel of the club needs to change somehow, we are very brittle mentally and ETH doesn’t see, to be able to change that.

Most Fans are huge ETH supporters and I am definitely one of those, however if you have a similar budget in player salaries and transfers to the other Top 4 or 5 Clubs and you’ve managed the club for nearly 70 games and you still don’t know what way you want to play and more importantly what system and structure you want to operate, your living on borrowed time!

Yes we’ve had horrendous injuries but great managers know when once great players are in decline and if their team struggles to score goals, that’s right 6 in 5 EPL, they make adjustments. The club has huge negative press recently on and off the pitch but ETH is not creating a win at all cost mentality and clearly doesn’t understand the PL even though he’s had 43 PL games in charge.

The fact that he’s lost 12 from 43 tells me he doesn’t know how to shut up for a point sometimes and more importantly he’s ok with losing 28% or 1 in 3.53 PL games, that’s a huge concern that the squad and the manager have a soft centre. The idea of 5 subs were suppose to help the elite teams dominate the other others but in our case it’s made the team go backwards. We need a settled team with a settled midfield which has energy.

The club are lucky we could easily be sitting with 0 or 1 points after 5 games rather than 6, we’ve been that bad and this time Mr ETH that’s on you, you’ve spent £400m, got most of the players that you wanted so make it work and make it work quickly or our current desperate Goblin owners, themselves clinging on to the club might look for their next shiny toy which is the manager that currently you hae never beaten in 90 minutes, only in a pen shoot out !

    The clock is ticking ?

How do we know he had a choice. Fergie pushed it and Woodward creamed himself for Ronaldo.
He was just a weak front man there to do Woodward's bidding and jam whatever square peg he happened to buy for a round hole. That's what Klopp thought of us and why he didn't come and no decent up and coming manager would. ETH is the first proper modern manager we've had since prime SAF - if there's a problem it is not primarily with him.

I've been a United fan since the Tommy Doc days and believe it or not have never seen United lose live. Now I have never been able to get to that many matches through that period. Was there for the game that gave us the first part of the Treble. And me and my son have been to 17 games since 2018. He hasn't seen them lose either.

Now I very nearly picked up two tickets for the Brighton game but one of the two didn't go through so ended up empty handed.

Perhaps it was a weird omen that it was going to go wrong today. I say give us tickets for every game...well...the ones we can get to. And this curse just might lift.

I have got zero confidence in ETH now after this, I was a big fan if him but the bizarre team selection for the FA Cup final was the point I started to doubt him then the strange use of the pre-season friendlies and the bizare team selections and subs in the opening games of this season have completely drained me of the confidence I had in him.

I am late catching up on this just watched the match back, as was too busy to watch live, and couldn't face it until now, even then the FFWD button was much in use.....

Positives, Hojlund looks a live wire, Rashford having moments, Mejbri getting minutes....

Negatives, midfield and defence are a shambles, to me it looks like Cas has stopped playing, but there are no good stories in defence, Lindelof needs to get his coat
