Martial will start this I reckon. Rashford got a knock after assisting the Martial goal. Not sure about his fitness.

Rashford will start i think after his goals and he was taken off early. Rest of the team picks itself. Would like Mou to try mata behind Lukaku and Mkhi on left but i understand him not wanting to change whats not broken.

It's reported he was taken off due to a knock, but yeah Jose will probably want to start him if possible.

Wait a minute. You mean Mkhi on the right? Rashford or Martial will certainly play on the left. But I would also like to see Mata behind Lukaku.

Another one of those PL teams that you are never sure which one will turn up. They can be bloody awful or really tricky.....

De Gea, Valencia, Bailly, Jones, Young, Matic, Fellaini, Mata, Mkhitaryan, Rashford, Lukaku

    Martial to come on.

Think we will draw. 1-1 or 2-2

They're going to sit in so I'd genuinley like to see Rashy and Martial start on either side of Lukaku. Plus Bertrand will ghost past Mata if he's on the right

What was the score in the corresponding fixture last season?

Same lineup as the Everton game. We played 433 versus Stoke and drew the game. So let's just stick to what's working and play 4231 again. I'll start Rashford against the Saints and start Martial against Cska and Crystal Palace.
Given who played the full 90 minutes against Burton, think its very likely that the line up will be the same.

I dont think both Martial and Rashford will start this game since we have the Champions League game three days after this. Rashford to start this one and Martial the UCL game.

Glad they beat Palace last week. Hodgson's Law dictates we will win by a Chamberlain.

Seriously, Chamberlain should become a verb on its own, like for example " We chamberlained Everton! ".

I know City are as free-scoring as us right now, but I'd gladly take a 0-1 here and move on. No need to be too worried about goal difference this early, but I'd think (hope) Palace can probably limit City to two or three goals  definitely a banana skin though!

Almost sure we'll use the same 11 from the Everton game:

    de Gea
    Valencia Bailly Jones Young
    Fellaini Matic
    Mata Mkhitaryan Rashford
    Lukaku
    ---
Romero; Smalling, Blind; Carrick, Herrera, Lingard; Martial

If it ends up like that and there's no injuries then I'd pretty much guarantee Herrera, Lingard, and Martial replace Mata, Mkhitaryan and Rashford after the hour mark to both sure up the game (and midfield). Martial to run at tired full backs and probably lead to another late goal.

It was a 0-0 right at the end of the season before the final 2 games vs Palace and Ajax I believe. Not suprised you may have forgotten. It wasn't a classic.

    Tough game usually.

Would take your hand off for a 1-0 win. Won't be too shocked if it finishes a score draw like Stoke.

We have a good record there, only lost once at St Marys and that includes 2 or 3 visits in the FA Cup too.

I'm confident we'll do the business.

Saints will be yet another tough team to break down, requiring patience and focus. Can see a similar pattern here, get that first goal and then the floodgates may very well open.

They have scored 4 goals and are tied with the bottom five in terms of goals scored this season so hopefully they continue with that pattern.

I don't understand why we just can't start with Martial, Lukaku and Rashford as the front 3 with Matic, Pogba and any of Mkhi/Mata/Fellaini playing behind. Would love to see that lineup more regularly.

Anyway, should be another good game. Another 3 goals in the last 10 minutes against that lot, I reckon. Will be 3-0, 4-0 or 4-1.

Then again it could just as easily end up 0-0, 1-0, 1-1, 2-0 or 2-1.

Yeah I'm guessing it will be one of those.

Martial and Rashford are on fire, Jose might have to find a place for them both in the starting eleven soon.
United need that plan B, to throw plan A and B on at the same time, especially if things dont go well, we won't have the options to change the game much, So I say one must start not both

    I'd love to see this....

For me think a herrera should start to give us that passing range, fellaini there with matic is going to be a bit leggy

This is where I feel we should start herrera over fellaini, herrera's distribution is far superior to fellaini who I still feel is fourth choice in midfield. Hopefully that is the midfield, but rashford think gets the nod over martial

2 of them were penalties against 10-man West Ham
