I believe there is a big difference between "ditching DDG for the starting spot" and "substituting him with Henderson for penalty shootout". Definitely not showing disrespect to Dave if Ole chose Hendo for the shootout given Dave's penalty saving statistics.

Not necessarily Kurl. DDG saved 11 out of 64 penalties (17.2%) and Hendo was 8 out of 19 (42.1%). No rocket science.

99% goalkeepers didn't have the miserable record of saving ZERO of the last 36 penalties in the past 5+ years. Statistics didn't lie!

You probably are right that we faced extra pressure but the thing is, our outfield players handled it well. Unfortunately their keeper let them down big time by not saving (or even close to saving) one of the 11 penalties!

Yes but It doesn't matter at the end as all our 10 outfield players scored anyway. No difference to the outcome even if we went first.
