I've been lucky with Ottamendi. Auto-subbed for Lundstram (6 pts) last week and Soyunco this week (6 pts again).

He's got one last chance this week before GW12 where I'll probably ship him for AWB or Maguire (looking at our fixtures). Soy can sit on the bench again.

Looking further ahead the plan is to bring Ayew in for Auba when Palaces great run starts and turn Mount/Tielemans into Salah/Mane.
whats Palace's great run?

Auba done nothing for me - even made the big mistake of make him captain this week

I only brought him in this week (for Kane who typically scored) so he can have a few more games yet.

Palace fixtures from GW14 to GW21 -

BUR (A)
BOU (H)
WAT (A)
BRI (H)
NEW (A)
WHM (H)
SOU (A)
NOR (H)

They then have Arsenal and City followed by another decent looking run from 24-30 before a horrible end to the season.

0 free transfers this week. Injury doubt over Salah. Bench options have poor games (Aurier, Rico, Greenwood). Have to start Guendouzi. 1.1m in the bank.
Pope
Soyuncu Lundstram Robertson
Salah* KDB(c) Sterling Mount Guendouzi
Vardy Abraham

Next two transfers will be Salah > Mane
Guendouzi > £6.4m midfielder

Question is take a -4 this week ? Or chance it with Salah with Rico first option ?

De Gea

Alderweireld Matip Söyüncü Otamendi
Salah Richarlison De Bruyne Buendia
Kane Maupay

Subs: Heaton, Wesley Pieters Guendouzi

Should upgrade Buendia and Wesley sometime soon, only 1 ft this gameweek.

Need some help guys. Currently on this

Patricio

Chilwell Soyuncu Lundstram

Mount Richarlison Sterling Mane

Abraham Aubameyang Connelly

Subs. Button Matip Kelly Ceballos

Debating on moving Sterling to KDB, Connelly up to Vardy and replacing Richarlison with the 5.6m I have left. Is there a decent player for that price that makes my team better than it currently is or shall I leave it as it is now?

I'd do Auba to Vardy, then Richarlison to KDB. So maybe don't do that.

Dropped Salah and Sterling to squeeze in Mane, KDB and David Silva in

Lining up with

Ederson - Ryan
TAA Evans Lundstram - Pieters Kelly
Mane KDB D.Silva Maddison Mount
Rashford Abraham - Ayew

Chelsea, Leicester and United with some tasty runs coming up, feeling confident

Any advice?

Pope - Button
Digne - Chilwell - Dunk - Lundstram - Rico
Sterling - Mane - KdB - Mount - Cantwell
Kane - Pukki (lol) - Greenwood

Quite a lot of work needed, no WC. Was thinking Digne to Tomori and Kane to Vardy but not sure which to do first? Then obviously wash my hands of Pukki forever.

I need to get rid of Auba I think. For his price he's not returning what I would expect. I've come to enjoy my "no premium players" policy, nobody bar him costs more than 10 million on my team and I've got quite close to my league leader.

Midfield is perfect. Defence only needs a alight tweak. Attack needs a complete overhaul.

If we assume you don't want to keep playing Cantwell week in, week out then you need 3 nailed attackers.

Kane > Vardy, Pukki > Abraham/Jimenez, Greenwood > Ayew

Do something with Digne if you want with whatever is left over (preferably a Liv defender if you can afford one). Attack should be your priority though.

My geee! That's what I was looking at, leave Greenwood > Ayew. Ayew as a nailed attacker you reckon? Greenwood has been a ten-game failed experiment.

I've already used my free transfer this week, is it worth the 4 point hit to shift Kane to Vardy? Or do this over a period of 3 free weeks?

I'd go with 5 midfielders. There's just so much quality there I'd play a 0-10-0 if the game allowed it. Upgrade Cantwell to a McGinn if you don't have a lot of cash to spare, replace pukki and Digne

Anyone tempted by McTominay as a back up midfielder. Currently have McGinn as a 5th and goes between back up and starter depending on the fixtures. Similar points so far and tougher fixtures for McGinn coming up.

More Value in Cantwell I think. Plays more advanced, has more shots on goal, but I guess Scott has a better fixtures list.

I rarely if never go for a defensive minded player in midfield. Even Jorginho is in relative good form, and takes pens and his output is not that great compared to the hype

Against us Cantwell got into some good areas and could easily have scored.
At 4.8, he's an absolute steal for that 5th mid.

McTom is coming on every week. He's actually started to look a bit of a goal threat with his driving runs and shots now.
Still not quite good enough for a 4th choice mid though, and Cantwell has to be a better cheaper bet for a 5th.

Broke my rule... have Sterling in now.

Pope / Button
TAA / Dunk / Diop / Lundstram / Soyuncu
Mount / Sterling / De Bruyne / Martial / James
Vary / Rashford / Abraham

Paid quite a few points to get this but all in my league did in this round. Taking bench boost this week as it looks tasty.

I like having 4 inexpensive defenders who play regularly, this allows me to pack my midfield and attack with premium players. Glad to get rid of Auba, the useless fecker. Now that Martial is back I think United might start scoring - it's good that I will basically score points on every goal United score, having all 3 of our attacking outlets. Also we have a great fixture list.

Nice squad. I predict some bench point rage in future weeks though. I personally would ditch one of those United 3 for cheapo bench fodder and upgrade Pope.

Defenders and keepers have been crap this season though. That's why I have one premium defender and 4 inexpensive ones. Pope has been pretty fine to be honest.

James and Martial are too cheap to ditch. Maybe Rashford but being our main attacker he's pretty good value at his price.

Will probably even out over the course of the season though. I'd rather have Ederson in goal for the season than Pope and spare myself the benching headache but up to you ultimately.

I've had Auba for 3 weeks...and it's the first time he has blanked for 3 weeks in his career! Still...i'll give him a few weeks. Hopefully until GW15 as they have a nice run, bar Leicester away.

Then back to Sterling.

They're not? More people are transferring him in this week.
Tbf I got rid of him 3 weeks ago @El-Manos
Main reason being I had KdB + Salah already - wanted to get a Vardy and Auba into the team and needed the £.

Also I sold him at 12.1 and with such high ownership I wasn't too worried about being priced out trying to get him back in , which I will 100% will do at some point.

Aye but 3 weeks ago was when he blanked 3 games in a row including one where he was benched. Understandable. I thought he meant this week.

Tbh I might swap him to Salah/Mane if I see a good window of games where I wouldn't want to captain him. That might well be very soon too but he's an easy armband choice this weekend.

Yes it's worth looking at. Alternating between Salah/Mane and Sterling could get you buckets of points...or a massive headache.

Do we think Martial is worth the extra cash over James?

I have bud. And in true fashion, my WC ended up costing me more points than what my original team would have been doing. Damnit.
Haha, tell me about it. Stick at it mate, maybe take a -4/-8 hit one gameweek. I say go all in on Leicester players!

Just my luck! I didn’t want to take a -4 for Vardy in/Pukki out this past GW! Sums my FF decisions up thus far. But yeah, I’ll stick to it and I’ll definitely be bringing Vardy in this week and maybe even Pereira (Leicester) for Digne.

Now quick, those smart enough, bench Vardy and Pereira this week - I have rotten luck.

I think it’s more of a differential while the fixtures are good, everyone seems to end up with the same teams. Plus he has more points than Cantwell so far.

Anyone think Willians will become a starter for us after his last couple of performances? At 4.0 he would vexation great addition if he starts.
