All these years, were you gutted that Madrid stopped Liverpool and city multiple times in champions league including last night? Seems like you were. I for one, can’t thank Madrid enough for beating Liverpool twice in CL finals alone . HALA MADRID.

There's a difference between preferring other teams winning and being so elated about a team not called United and not a friend of United when they win.

You're not fooling anything into thinking you love United more than Madrid if you're bothered I'm not simping to or praising a club that's not called United. :lol: . I don't have to suck up to Madrid and not hate Madrid just because they beat United's biggest rivals. And I quite liked the Madrid team more who beat them in 2022 since Benzema is one of my favourite players.

It's okay your favourite team made it to the semis . I prefer a Bayern, PSG or Dortmund CL win over them and seeing Madrid fans reaction and meltdown when they lose is satisfying because of the expectations they have. Hopefully you don't get too upset. Hala Madrid bro 14 times za best club eva xD

I only say Hala Madrid when they can ruin/have ruined the chance of other PL clubs in CL.
One week from now I'm going back to Feck Off Madrid, the stadium crowd photoshoppers.

I went out and bought their Kits as they stopped liverpool so many times. Up until they meet us in CL, hala madrid.

Then misread it as being them winning on pens for a second. So what a relief.
A double treble would have been ridiculous with those charges.

After the Munich air disaster they where very big friends of united Santiago bernabeu was the first chairman to offer help told united they could borrow players if needed di stefano was one mentioned

These are the teams that I hated growing up being a United fan. Can never say "Hala Madrid!" as they represented all the evil before the emergence of these oil clubs. The haughtiness, poaching of the very best players, the Spanish government bailouts, the corruption, the fans etc etc. Enough reasons to hate them.

Kind of sad that we have to stoop to the level of all the ABU fans in my lifetime to now even wish for these clubs winning to stop City or Liverpool. Absolutely despise it.

Rivalries don't change. Liverpool were, are and will remain over biggest rivals no matter where them or us lie on the spectrum. We, as a club, have fallen. Times have changed, and now we have to sit on the sidelines and root for whoever from far away like small timers.

Rivalries like Liverpool don’t, no, but who really cares that much about hating Madrid just because Fergie had a small beef with them 15 years ago. They’ve since blessed us by taking titles from the ones we really hate.

They‘ve always been arrogant but I can respect it. They win titles, they consistently have great players (they probably have cheated too along the way, but who cares if a cheating team cheats City).

I've been living in Madrid for 6 years but I still haven't been able to entirely warm to them as a club, but on nights like yesterday, I've gotta say I like them just a little bit more. I'd love to get tickets to go see the game against Bayern, but I guess that'll be pretty much impossible.

Correct, historically the ties between the two clubs are very close. Bayern another we have historical ties with.
