The amount of times he tried to dribble into couple of defender instead of putting a cross in was infuriating

Should be his final game for man utd. Would love to see him dropped from the squad the rest of the season but knowing our luck Garnacho will get injured. Sell him in the summer once and for all. He won't be missed.

World class player. 100 million would be way too low. PSG better get that 150 million ready. Then I might consider it. 200 million even. Pound sterling.
I honestly think if City or Pool is stupid enough to buy him, we should count our blessing and send him there, would be a great agent.
PSG have Barcola fixed for that position, and he is playing well. There is no way they will pay a big fee for another player on high wages when they have that position covered. His brother/agent used/generated PSG interest to get Marcus a new contract. They won't be played again.

City, Liverpool? No way. The only plausible team for him in England is Everton, with taking a huge salary cut or West Ham. I doubt hw will go to Saudi clubs, as he thinks he is world class. It would be super challenging this summer to get rid of him, not because INEOS would not want to, but rather not having enough suitors reputable enough for Rashford.

Last season he over performed and this season he’s underperformed. His true form is somewhere in between and that’s as a player who starts when in form and rotates when not. Problem is his status and wages in the team is way higher than anything he can produce on the pitch.

Get rid.

Where's the sanctimonious crew that laughed ever so hard at the 80 whatever percent who had voted to get rid, rather than give him a new contract? I guess a 6 month purple patch last season, was just that, a purple patch. This is more his true level that we're seeing.

The awareness of what's around him on the football pitch is the big worry for me. He's constantly caught with the ball, passing into spaces where there's cover and running into opposition.

If the new footballing hierarchy think he's a player we need in our squad on that wage, I'd be shocked. In any other business, you'd look at his output for what he's getting paid and you know you'd find better for cheaper.

Just like their hero, they've pulled a sickie.

If the rumours of PSG being interested in the past are true and they come back and offer anything over £60m, bite their hand off.

Imagine we could re-invest that money and have someone equally as good as Garnacho on the oppoiste wing.

Watching El Clasico, Vini is so many levels higher than Rashford in terms of end product but also sheer effort for the team. He didn‘t want to come off despite playing City midweek. Utd desperatly need an attacker of that pedigree and personality.

Im actually surprised and genuinely wondering how he got injured? In the foul before he went off, I don’t think he was touched?

Managed to make the wrong decision almost every time he got into a dangerous position.

Body language was awful as always. The fans around me were on his back, deservedly so. I'm not sure how audible the boos were on tv when he was subbed off but we've all had enough of him. You can only get away with taking the piss out of the club for so long before even the most loyal fans give up on defending you.
Thats honestly good to hear. Unfortunately, I think Marcus' biggest problem is the social circle he surrounds himself with. I don't know why, but I really think they are pushing the narrative that he is outstanding and whenever he isn't good in terms of output, make sure the reasons aren't within Rashfords area of influence. The guy needs a reality check. He has good physique, good technique, he is quite fast. The makings are there for quite a good player - the problem is, even that player wouldn't be half as good as Rashfords seems to think he is.

The amount of times he tried to dribble into couple of defender instead of putting a cross in was infuriating
Thats Rashford since 3 years for you... Lets not act as if he would play all too differently these days. Its funny how many complain about the contract extension he got, I guess many have forgotten how they were on his hype train last season. When he didn't really play much better, but his output was there.

Clearly has a clause in his contract that if he's fit, he plays. Can't see any other reason how a player so utterly useless for such a long period still starts. Where's our standards?

He seems so unbothered by playing badly half expect him to go to Saudi, like he thinks he’s big time regardless of how he performs.

If PSG had a casual interest and offered £40m, take it or leave it, towards the end of the summer window, would you really turn it down?

That's removing the entire commitment of the remaining 4 years of his absurd contract and giving us £40m pure profit.

We would be mad to turn it down.

I don't like to pile on as he has probably given me more moments of the rare moments of joy that I've had with this club than any other player over the last 10 years.

With that said that was a genuine 1 out of 10 performance. I always think it is over the top when people say "it was like playing with 10 men" but it truly was.

If all the defenders move one direction and leave space he follows them and dribbles right into them. It's like he had a "dribble down blind alley and lose the ball" bonus in his contract.

Yes Vinicius Jr is a significantly better football player than Marcus Rashford.

The way he decides Champions League finals and such were what tipped me off initially.

Came back from several year hiatus to rant about this guy.
His footballing brain is atrocious, he runs into dead ends, over and over again, takes too long to get a shot off giving defenders ample time to reposition themselves, his workrate has returned to trash, makes gesture runs back but with zero determination to effect play.
His wages are ridiculous, he's ditched his longtime gf and now lives a playboy lifestyle.

ETH's loyalty to him (& casemiro) will get him sacked if everything else doesnt, I can understand managers having loyalty to certain players but this guy? really?
You want to be wrong on players, I thought dalot was rubbish originally and happy to be wrong! but you just knew after last season Rashford would return to his usual.

People talking about cashing in 40-60million, i would let him go for free, get his wages off the books, might give him a boot in the backside that he needs to get serious about his career too.

I think he has worse decision making than when he made his debut. Experience is supposed to make you better
Oh, for sure. You think he makes that pass to Herrera on a hattrick today? I see him going for glory himself if he were in the same position today.

His United career should have been over the moment he pulled that sickie so he could go out boozing in Dublin. As a famous poet once said ‘on my mothers life he’s playing against us’.

We're stuck with him. No team in the world will buy him and pay his £325k a week wage.

Agree. Only way would be to do what Arteta did with Aubameyang and let him go for free. But he was 30+ I think. Rashford should be dropped and up to him if he wants to work to find his form.

I think we should just accept the highest bid on him, whichever the amount it, we receive on him this summer - be it 20M or even 10M
as long as we can get rid of his toxicity it is good for the team

He's not injured he just wanted off the pitch.
me and my friends all came into consensus that "he was just faking injury to hide embarrassing performance" when we saw him walked off the pitch.
