Postal and early voting favors Biden. So if these votes are counted before/on election day like in Florida the trend will shift to Trump as live in the day votes are counted during the day. When postal/early votes aren't counted until after the polls close the live/on election day votes come in first and the postal/early votes take longer to count, so things get better for Biden as the count goes on.

It’s just people’s 2016 PTSD kicking in, seriously Biden is showing excellent signs of doing well in the suburbs and some in working class areas. So far at least I’m really not worried at all.

Even a close Biden win isn't really good enough. This election had to be a full on landslide rejection of Trumpian politics. In 4 years it'll just be another Trump like figure - his anointed succesor - even if he loses, and they'll probably win.

Because Trump is more likely to transform into a giant shark than to win Illinois. They could have called it before the polls even opened.
Politico has it 88-55 currently.
It could be Trump again I believe. The law allows it.
Illinois is as safely blue as it gets. Well, maybe not as safe as California but still, absolutely 100% certain to go to Biden.
