Looks like I'm going to Barca! Not through United though. I've managed to swap Barca home plus 2 other Prem games (West Ham and Watford) for Barca away . So all in it's costing me £157 for a seat in the Nou Camp . Think that's a pretty good deal!

Question for you on this. How are you going about ticket collection in Barcelona? I know someone with a spare for the away game who now can't go and is willing to give me his ticket but there's no ticket forwarding scheme in place for European away games so a bit stuck on how to go about it.

It’s in the home end so will have a paper ticket.

In your situation you’ll need his passport I think to get his ticket.

You could tell your mate to ring TO and explain he can’t go and you can take it instead. It might / mightn’t work.

They check the passport picture matches the guy collecting the ticket though, so that'll only work if he's a strong look alike...

Tickets for the Pre season game in Cardiff against AC milan are available through Ticketmaster.

Tickets for Leeds in oz and AC Milan in Cardiff just bought :) I can't do a preseason without my united fix ;):devil::devil:

No idea how I’m getting home from Barcelona, anyone got any routes that aren’t crazily expensive?

Is there any alternative to the person not collecting the ticket in their name? I have two tickets for Barca away through my season tickets, one being in my brothers name. He’s probably not going to be able to attend so could do with a way to collect without him??

Are they strict on this? I am the lead person on the tickets and I look a bit like my brother at least!?

Not that I'm aware of, but I'm no expert. Couldn't you just go on your own and forfeit his ticket?

The first and only away game I've been to was Young Boys away. A voucher was posted to me, which I had to show to them at a collection point in Bern the afternoon before the game, along with my passport. As far as I'm aware, there's no way around that. However I didn't even realise you could get European away tickets through your season tickets. How did you manage that? I thought the whole credit system is totally separate?

Yea I have booked flights and hotel to go alone if required but a mate is up for coming. Even if a mate can’t come I’d much prefer another united fan to use it!

I always apply through my season tickets, didn’t know there was another way. I presume it’s the same as a member applying.

Use the presale codes REACHPRE or MUINSIDER or MUMEMBER. I think that there aren't many tickets left in the United section (North Stand) in the presale but I guess they are saving some for the general sale too.

Thanks mate I worked it out via twitter as well. Got 5 for us lot to have a summer away day in Cardiff.

Haven’t been since the cup final in 05! Old enough to enjoy it properly now

I have a spare ticket for the barca game at old trafford. Looking to trade/exchange. Looking for tickets for the game at nou camp on 16th April.

Thanks.

still looking for a single spare for wolves on Tuesday will be in Wolverhampton from 2pm.

Thanks

Looks like I can't make it to the West Ham match :(

What's the best way to move these on since I'm in the US? Got two separate seats in the Stretford end, lower tier.

Missed out on second ballot, looks like the premium seats have now gone too.

Even though I managed to buy 2 “premium seats” it’s a total rip off. I’ve sat in the same area for Europa and CL games in the last couple of years and they have never advertised them as premium.

Got a ticket to Barca at OT in the 'premium seats' - would be interested in 1 more for a friend if anyone has a spare.

The £102 premium tickets are a bit of a joke.

Still annoyed I didn't get one though.

Am looking for a single ticket if anyone has a lead would be much appreciated.

Appear to all be gone now. There was one £102 ticket (outrageous price) available in NW quadrant but it wouldn't let me add it to basket. Still looking for a single or pair if anyone has anything. Am a season ticket holder so can repay the favour at some point

Hi all,
Still looking for 1-3 tickets for the game against Barcelona in Old Trafford..
If anyone has any spare, I would appreciate it :)

A couple tickets popped up in stretty lower and east lower which were not priced up, any reason why that is?

Previous communication from the TO sent to my pal (he sits in tier 3 with his son):

"To ensure that the club adhere to competition rules, we have had to implement the same pricing structure for our non-members that wish to attend the home leg. Therefore a ticket for a non-member in your area of the stadium is priced at £102.

Due to this, if you plan to upgrade your Season Ticket for a non-member to use for this game, we would recommend that they first become an Official Member of the club."

Failing to understand why the seats were priced at £102 for *members*, based on the above.

£102, state of this club. Absolute disgrace.

You can shove it that price out of principle.
