All ticket/travel information thread - 2024/25 edition - Ticket Purchasing FAQ in OP. Please read it and be careful purchasing tickets

Further to our ballot result communications last week and based on the volume of tickets redeemed by fans successful in the original ballot, we’re pleased to advise that a small number of tickets will be made available tomorrow, Tuesday 13 May. We’re giving all fans unsuccessful the opportunity to purchase on a first-come, first-served basis, as we appreciate it may be difficult for some to secure travel at this stage.

We will send you a unique single-use access code, tomorrow morning.
You will need to visit UEFA’s ticket portal to redeem your code: https://europaleague-access.tickets.uefa.com.
You will not be able to select specific seats but will be able to select a price category on a first-come, first-served basis.
UEFA will allocate seats once the purchase window has closed and issue mobile tickets to all ticket purchasers directly via their mobile app (around Monday 19 May).
To request to sit in a group, you can enter multiple access codes in the purchase journey (maximum of 10 codes per booking).
Alternatively, for fans making payment separately, one person should make payment for their ticket and will be sent a UEFA order number. This can then be shared with friends and family who can quote the order number in the “seat with” section in the purchase process. UEFA will then aim to allocate seats together, although it is not guaranteed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with any part of this process as we have no visibility of, or access to the portal.
If you miss out on this release, please check the portal regularly on Tuesday and Wednesday as there may be small numbers of later releases.

Thank you for your support.

Kind regards,

So it's going to be a free for all, classic Utd
These will gone within 2/3 minutes

Anyone too demotivated to travel to London for Chelsea? Looking for 1 ticket (I'm a member), have never been in an away end.

If anyone after tickets for Chelsea drop me a message, you need to be a season ticket holder so I can transfer the ticket over.

Be hoping to find a pair on the day, but at this point I'm not hopeful.

Will enjoy exploring Bilbao and then the party like atmosphere at the fan park.

Can't wait, bring it on.

Cat 3 ticket secured
It's a bit steep up there, like a more modern Seville away end, be careful when we score - seen a couple nearly break their necks when Garnacho scored the disallowed goal in the semi.

Steady on mate.

Does our ticket office still exist? On hold for an hour, line goes dead so I have called them back…. “Sorry we’re closed now”

I had to call them about a name change due to marriage with all this validation of your name with ID in order to renew for next season. I was on hold for two hours so I’m pretty sure these days it’s just one bloke manning the phone.

Shuts at 4 now, when most people are still at work. Sure they used to take calls until 8pm, and it’s a busy time of year with renewals and now the final so surely they should be operating on extended hours.

I called last week, got in the queue and left it running on my phone for almost 2 hours while I was busy, had to go away from my phone so requested a call back which is said to happen once you reach the front of the queue and, if that’s the case, by the time the call back came I’d been in the queue for over 4 hours.

Still haven’t had a reply to an email I sent nearly two weeks ago.

Well I’m in a catch 22 situation with the renewal, I thought I had reached the 15 game target for attendance (It’s 14 but assumed Forest was awarded regardless of attendance) but it’s saying I haven’t attended enough games.

Deadline is Friday but my 15th attendance would be Villa which is after the deadline so I have got no idea on what they’re expecting people on 14 games to do.

Like yourself emailed them on Sunday but it’s been 48 hours without reply, it’s going to quicker to drive 100 odd miles and do this person.

Lads check your email.

UEFA emailed my brother who applied in general ballot with a link for remaning unused tickets.

Picked up Cat 2 for £103.

Gutted, applied in the general ballot and was unsuccessful. Is he able to buy anymore? I didn’t receive a link but still need a ticket.

I have found the easy part has been getting tickets , the hard part is getting over there , I admire those that took a chance and booked prior to the semi final

I’m in this boat. Seems every option that involves travelling with a kid (needing a hotel etc) is extortionate

Please could you grab two for me? (Silver ST holder)
Me and the old man shall be in Bilbao ticketless, but would be well chuffed if we could grab a pair.

I have an account on UEFA but no access code.

It's basically a 3rd ballot for those who missed out on the original ballot and the drop yesterday at 9AM so you won't be able to get anything using this link as you won't have a code.

If you are going out there without a ticket I wouldn't panic buy one now at these silly prices, give it a few days and I reckon you will prices coming down, same with the hotels, seen loads of hotels offering discounts all day albeit on a overpriced room in the first place so it's not exactly cheap.

Yep everything is dropping about 10% a day at the moment.

Thanks for the advice. =)

After 1 for Bilbao if anyone looking to shift (however unlikely - worth an ask). Thanks

Just looking for some information guys. I live just outside Glasgow, and wondering if there any Reds around up here and what their plans are for the final? Appreciate this is the ticketing thread, but any helps or direction would be much appreciated.

Those that have tickets for Bilbao from the club, what sections have you been placed in? Just had my UEFA ballot "neutral" tickets are in 332, wondering how close that'll be to the bulk of reds.

Also, does anyone have an idea on whether they attempt to group the neutrals by club? When applying I had to pick a club I was supporting.

Think everyone is wondering this, will become clearer as tickets distributed on the app now.

I'm in block 308. It looks like you'll be closer to Spurs but not directly sat within them I guess

Block 308 row 23 for anyone wondering. No idea how high up that'll be but the ticket is on the UEFA app now
