You get an extra 1 in ET & they used a concussion subalready made 5 subs.
Just given that we aren't playing well, 0 0, on a bad run of form, chasing a winner Vs a really good defence. Will be easier introductions to English footballSo 1 week later is the right time for him to get on the bench to 'get a look' then eh?
do we get an extra sub because they got a concussion sub?You get an extra 1 in ET & they used a concussion sub
Yepdo we get an extra sub because they got a concussion sub?
An APCS may be used regardless of the number of substitutes already used, but when an APCS is used, the opposing team then has the option to use an additional substitute for any reason.
WordI want to see him get 15 minutes.
Anything is better than Martial.
Martial's been doing ok out on the leftI want to see him get 15 minutes.

missed that completely, and it actually makes sense.
Doubt it'd ever happen but could actually be just 2 if 5 standard subs, 1 extra time sub and the 2 concussion subs were usedmissed that completely, and it actually makes sense.
so we could finish the match with only 3 outfield players completing the match?!
mental isint it!Doubt it'd ever happen but could actually be just 2 if 5 standard subs, 1 extra time sub and the 2 concussion subs were used
@Mainoldo That’s me nervousif he cant get in this type of game then Ole clearly wont bring him on in the Premier League
I think we had injuries at the time?I remember a manager putting on 17-year-old Macheda and 18-year-old Welbeck against Aston Villa during a close title race.
On the other hand, Amad coming on today against West Ham in the FA Cup 5th round was just too risky for Ole.

Rooney and Scholes both suspended and plagued with injuries as well so not like there was much choice attacking wise at the time.I think we had injuries at the time?
Still, Ferguson had no problem subbing the youngsters in for two players with more experience.I think we had injuries at the time?
Ole gave a 17 year old Greenwood his debut, so don't think he's any issues sticking in the young lads. Amad's only been at the club 5 minutes, he'll get his debut soon enough.I remember a manager putting on 17-year-old Macheda and 18-year-old Welbeck against Aston Villa during a close title race.

Is this another VdB thread? I don't deny I was looking for the moment he's sent on the pitch as well but cmon. Ole decided for experienced player instead. The lad will get a chance, he will have to wait for it.Can't understand Ole at times, his loyalty to some very out of form players is baffling. 10-15 minutes of Diallo would have been a great kick up the backside for the other attackers to show there's someone looking to take their place.
We were chasing a must win game, that's when you just throw on all available attackers. You don't really throw on green attacker when you need to retain defensive solidity. Rashford at the very least will track back and also have the experience to retain the ball once we were ahead. Rashford still also got the all important assist...Still, Ferguson had no problem subbing the youngsters in for two players with more experience.
Our forwards today were underwhelming all game, and two of them completed the 120 minutes.

Maybe he'll make a cameo in the next round when we get drawn to City.
Yeah my thoughts exactly too and at least he has finally had a taste of being in the matchday squad which is a positiveSolskjaers reasoning probably was that he'd bring him on if we'd get a 2-0 lead cushion.
If he'd sub Martial up 1-0 and West Ham would score and bring it to pens it'd put unnecessary pressure on Amad for his first start.
Still would have liked to see him but the senior players are at fault here for not tucking this game in bed when they should've.
