Rarer than an eclipse.
Very good player for us, but if he's signed with them then I don't expect to see him again in United shirt.
How??If he's not committed to us then why should Ole play him?
Because he's the best option for that position/role in the side.If he's not committed to us then why should Ole play him?
I agree he's best option but you can't know what's in the back of his mind once he's signed with someone else. He could become more careful in tackles, more conservative with running, not talking about great dip in play, but dip big enough to change what he brings to the table. Once he commits to another team he's not fully commited to United and his playing days here should be over.Because he's the best option for that position/role in the side.
It's not like Herrera won't give us 100% even if he's off.
Ex team mates are full of praise for Keane as a captain, player and as a man.I didnt say he is more of a leader than Keane, I was saying he has a healthier manner about the way he goes about things than someone like Keane. And thats leadership too just different.
Because he's more high profile and was their captain. Plus who has the balls to say something bad about him? None of themEx team mates are full of praise for Keane as a captain, player and as a man.
Listen to the likes of Scholes, Giggs, Becks, Neville talk about him.
I'd just leave the argument there, there's nothing about Herrera that compares favourably with Keane.
What would he do to them if they said something wrong, beat them silly?Because he's more high profile and was their captain. Plus who has the balls to say something bad about him? None of them
Yeah. What would he do to them if they said something wrong, beat them silly?
Just shit talk them probably, but better than they would back and who needs the hassle? What would he do to them if they said something wrong, beat them silly?
EL winner and MOTM, F.A. Cup winner. League Cup winner. POTY. Not bad. More than most Liverpool players or Spurs players.Oh well. He'll just be remembered as an midfielder that achieved very little with us during our barren years ie Fellaini etc
Because he's more high profile and was their captain. Plus who has the balls to say something bad about him? None of them
That post itself shows just how far we've fallen.EL winner and MOTM, F.A. Cup winner. League Cup winner. POTY. Not bad. More than most Liverpool players or Spurs players.
There are players here who didn't do that. That post itself shows just how far we've fallen.

Free transfer isn't it? An experienced player like Herrera would cost at least £30 mil in todays market so they are saving all of that.I don't see why they want to pay him 200k a week, but I can't blame him for accepting. I don't think we should be paying him that much though. He can be replaced, relunctantly so, but he can be.
What did he do?I’ve lost all respect for him after a move like that
Yeah this is the result of piss poor planning as usual from the club. We've shown him no loyalty or reward for his performances and commitment and this is the outcome. To me we should have rewarded him when we won the EL and he was given MOTM and won the POTY. Even if we had just lengthened his contract by another couple of years, he probably would have been happy with that at a bit of a pay rise. Then he would have been here until he is near 32 and if we let him go then, fine. Except we, I think presumed he would just wait and wait. It was reported the other day that we told him we had taken the year option by post. Surely we aren't that impersonal?
