Yeah, you could tell by the way Arsenal gave up an easy chance to RVP right off the bat that they were on form and not effected by the thrashing.

If you're in 7th, you go for it because there's zero difference between 7th and 17th. We should be playing for the win. Arsenal playing for the draw is understandable.
Zero difference, 7th and 17th... right.

This is just melting me a bit now, agree to disagree.

People giving out after that just proves that they hate moyes... the squad is low on confidence, low on every thing and moyes did a good job and put us in a position where we could well have nicked the game away to the best arsenal side in years... and nah moyes is a disgrace tonight somehow... 'we should have done this, or that' etc, from all the expert managers out there

That was a pretty good display tonight. Van Persie had a couple of really good opportunities, very early on and the later header. Team defended pretty well as a unit.
We limited Arsenal to a couple of good chances, Giroud managing not to touch a ball from about 2 yards out.

That 90th min Cazorla free kick was nervy tho!

Defensively we were better but overall it wasn't a great performance by any means. It just looked like two teams low on confidence who were more concerned with not losing than winning.

Game-raising twats.
Why'd you lot boo your team off?
Yeah why did you boo your team off and then follow it up with utter silence?

This isn't a dig at you or a wind up but come on!!!...We're the champions, lying in 7th place, with no hope of any silverware and we've backed the team and manager all with the exception of two games where we have booed them out of the place. It's understandable! We've been utterly shocking!

You lot are in the title race, the FA cup and could sneak past Munich and have played some great stuff at home this year.....Yet you boo them off? Our defence was amazing tonight!

No need for it! This is a month, historically, where your team needs you!

It is quite chuckle worthy that after 8 years without a trophy, leading the league for 95% of the season and not winning against their bogey team starts drawing the boos out!

The boos were for the farcical last 5 minutes in which both teams took turns passing it backwards. I don't think we would have ever done that at OT had the roles been reversed.

It's hard to tell 'cos I'm in the lower tier with the refugees from Highbury. It's still a disgrace though - we didn't lose, second in the league - you forking spilt bastards.
I agree, I was genuinely surprised there were boos. I didn't know what they were booing.

You could tell the boos were from people who don't understand football and they just wanted the ball forward not realising that if a player is facing his own goal with a man up his ass, he can't exactly turn. He has to play what he sees.

Sometimes with the Emirates, it appears to be at least 60% of the population....Our away fans are top top notch, probably the best in the league, I wish the majority of the home fans were the same.

Don't think so pal, we were as poor as usual, it just so happened that your lot were shite as well. We were there for the taking, it was pathetic from Arsenal tbh.
Strong words. We were hesitant, which was to be expected. One point off the top, with us still in a position to take points off the scum above us.

Problem for you is all of your other title rivals have won against us at home- City, Chelsea and Liverpool. With more tough fixtures coming a win would have been useful to cover for dropped points later on.
