Well...I see what he's saying, but I disagree with that. However, if that's the format we'll go with, then that's fine with me.
I agree, especially with Maradona gone; the next pick shouldn't be that difficult.

It's not about first pick or last. We've had numerous delays before that I banned AMs totally in my draft.

For one I think AM's should facilitate the process rather to delay it in both picking process, but I also see your point.

Yes. AMs can not become a hindrance. If either manager or AM are online, they must pick rather than wait it out. @Physiocrat needs to enforce this with some rule.

The rule is each drafter has up to 8 hours to pick. It could be the case that you have one quick drafter with an AM slowing him down or just a slow drafters. The result is the same. It's obviously frustrating but there's no real way the pick limit time can be any shorter than 8hrs

No one questions whatever role he plays in and there's fewer GOATs that can play wide than in attacking mid/support striker. Get him up against a weak fullback (swap his flank if required) and games won
Yeah and you don't lose much - well not much at all at NI and at United, well yes a couple of big fish are no longer yours but for a name as big as him that's very little premium.
