Chelsea will beat the record for most wins in a row within a single season by beating Spurs, only to have the record beaten again by a United side that cruises to a record-breaking 21st league title by winning all 19 league games of the second half of the 16/17 season.

  1. Chelsea will win the prem by 9 points from Liverpool who will be 6 or 7 clear of 3rd but Liverpool will narrow the gap right up during January as Chelsea hit some tough fixtures.
  2. Seems like a bold prediction on here but City will finish above United (possibly on goal difference again and wouldn't it be funny if it was 5th and 6th but it won't).
  3. Hazard will the 3rd wheel in the Balon D'Or and FIFA votes.
  4. Moyes will somewhow keep Sunderland up and it will be Stoke of all teams who fall with Hull and Swansea.
  5. United will win retain the FA Cup.
  6. Liverpool will win the League Cup against United in extra time. Klopp will go full on mental celebrating and a war with Jose will start. It will make Liverpool v United Englands biggest game again like the old United Arsenal rivalry.
  7. City will beat Monaco and one of Barca, Bayern and Real in the CL before getting destroyed in the semi's by one of the same 3 teams.
  8. Rooney, Toure and possibly another City player maybe Kolorov will move to China.
  9. Jesus Navas will not score (ok thats not bold its a cert.)
  10. It will be Silva and not Aguero who leaves City.
  11. John Stones makes a second tackle of the season after the one against Liverpool.
  12. Enrique gets booted by Barca after Real dominate La Liga
  13. Simone leaves Atletico for Juve with Allegri going to Arsenal.

1. United will win the Europa League and also finish in the top four.

2. Arsenal will finish outside the top four but still get into the CL because of us winning the EL (I think that means a 5th spot?)

3. Liverpool will finish third.

4. City will finish sixth.

5. Mourinho will sign a new long term deal.

6. Griezman will sign for United in the summer.

No. Arsenal would only qualify if they'd win it (well they'd have to win the CL..) themselves. You can't "win" the extra spot for another club, only for yourself.

Fellaini to sign a new contract
A good shout actually. A bit of a Nani deal, although hopefully we're not stupid enough to make it cost us a fortune if we can shift him.

United will come 3rd ahead of Arsenal in 4th with Liverpool within 2 points ahead of us and Chelsea clear at the top by 11.

Rooney will agree a transfer elsewhere before the season is up and enjoy a better rapport with fans as he plays his heart out in all his last appearances and targets the record.

The transfer threads will be boring for us by early July as we wrap up Griezzman, two midfielders, a fullback capable of either side and a centreback to replace one exit. We'll also see some real dead weight trimmed in the likes of Darmian, Young, Memphis and Schneiderlin (if they are still here) and hopefully Fellaini.

Sevilla won't win the Europa League.
A Premier League manager will step down to look after his sick wife/other family member.
Newcastle won't win the Championship.
Harry Kane to get an injury that keeps him out for at least a month.
De Gea will become a dad.

Bit hard for them to win it when they're not in it this season.
