That's a quality midfield and I've no complaints with that !Fred - Bruno and Pogba. No more excuses.

I imagine a few will be, yesAnyone tracking his flight at 12?
Considering the form of those above us it would be silly to give up yet. They're gonna drop plenty of points yet.Too late for 4th this season I’d imagine
Well that's fantastic if true. Our wages have been stupidly out of whack for a long time now, this is more in line with what we should be paying until players prove their worth.£95k p/w, 4 year deal.
Don’t agree. The 4th place is still up for grabs.Too late for 4th this season I’d imagine
Poor lad was probably so desperate to join after the last 8 months he would have taken anything.£95k p/w, 4 year deal.
The pervading sentiment of negativity.Based on what?
So are we.Considering the form of those above us it would be silly to give up yet. They're gonna drop plenty of points yet.
The confusion here is, we don't know whether it was gross or net wages. I don't think he will be on low wages.Well that's fantastic if true. Our wages have been stupidly out of whack for a long time now, this is more in line with what we should be paying until players prove their worth.
This is a big reason I'm happy regarding this signing. We need more. AWB, Maguire and Fred, along with Rashford, James and McT. We are finding a team of positive players fighting for us. Good to see.He seems to have the right attitude to back his numbers up.
If that is the wage deal agreed, then it's pretty good, by MUFC's standards£95k p/w, 4 year deal.
I know, we could be level right now. Very frustrating but considering the injuries it’s a miracle we’re even that close. Let’s hope this signing will spur us on and give us confidence.I think this team finally broke me. I used to think like this but every single time this team has the chance to capitalize on the competition losing they fail.
That home loss against Burnley...
But the problem are the injured players. With Pogba, Rashford, McTominay out I United doesn't have the quality in the squad even with Fernandes coming in. And I guess there could be more injuries coming with the all the games United has.Don’t agree. The 4th place is still up for grabs.
Yep - IF true, this is very good.Well that's fantastic if true. Our wages have been stupidly out of whack for a long time now, this is more in line with what we should be paying until players prove their worth.
it's my work lunch time so it'd be rude not to!Anyone tracking his flight at 12?
I know you want to be optimistic but Bruno Fernandes by himself is not going to change our season. It will take him time to adapt to the league, the physicality and its pace. I'm just glad we will be seeing less of Lingard and Pereira.I know, we could be level right now. Very frustrating but considering the injuries it’s a miracle we’re even that close. strange thing to say. Chelsea will drop points of that there is no doubt. We haven't so far been able to capitalize on this, but by adding much needed creativity to our midfield and goal threats with Pogba returning next month and Fernandes. It would be crazy to write of 4th place right now.Too late for 4th this season I’d imagine
Less than JLingz . I'm sure in a year or 2 he'll get a pay rise though. If that is the wage deal agreed, then it's pretty good, by MUFC's standards
He's gone down in my estimations, he said it was done in the summer didn't he ?God has spoken. It is done
I’ve seen reports of £70k p/w + bonuses, 4 and a half year deal.£95k p/w, 4 year deal.
No one knows this. What we can all be optimistic about is that we have a natural no10 now. Someone who creates and scores goals from midfield. We've been crying out for it and now we have Bruno. Yes, he'll have to adapt but he's changed leagues before and he doesn't strike me as someone who will shirk the physical side of our game. He could very well be the difference in us making 4th this year.I know you want to be optimistic but Bruno Fernandes by himself is not going to change our season. That's less than Lingard gets each week.£95k p/w, 4 year deal.
This has to be the tune for it, at least. I thought about this a while back and got as far as:There was something in the air that night
The stars were bright, Fernandes
You were signed for an expensive fee
Replace Jesse, Fernandes
I agree with you in principle, but I think it would be asking a lot of him to hit the ground running. In any case, if he can control a ball, make a pass and not run away from responsibility, then that is already a massive upgrade. No one knows this.
