This song is by far and away the worst thing plaguing football at the moment. Sung by every other team and carried over to the darts too. Taken over from the Allez Allez Allez rubbish.
 I don't disagree but it's catchy af feck.

That's pretty cruel in hindsight, when there are at least 4 medical persons near the pitch.
People getting heart attacks at football games at a higher rate than in everyday life is a well known fact, yet I don't think they used to just let them die and then there would be a dead body hanging in the seat until full time.
At big events like this there are paramedics also in the surroundings, not just the ones responsible for the players on the pitch. Interrupting the game might be more for showdecency than for reasons of faster emergency care, not sure

9.5 billion doses administered, probably enough for someone to spot a pattern like that isn't it?
Well they did say it could affect the hearts of adolescents that’s a fact, might affect older people too.

And Covid is far more likely to do that the vaccines.

True - there is definitely selection bias. Just don't think it's too much of a stretch to suggest these things are linked.

It's literally the most widely scrutinised and tested vaccine ever mate. You could not be more wrong here.
Only the vaccinated are allowed to watch live..
I think the heart problem was because the game was so exciting.. :0)

Of course they would call an ambulance either way, but if there are said paramedics why would the team doctors rush to the stands now?

Whatever.

Couldn’t be bothered discussing it anyway with risk of being called a covidiot

Because a precedent has been set. Fans have seen this happen before so as soon as they see someone in need of help they try to get the team doctors to come to the stands. That probably didn’t even occur to them before. It’s a weird one. Can’t really put the genie back in the bottle so looks like this is going to keep happening forever.

So Arsenal fans, are you going full strength for this leg or resting key players for the hot top four clash with Spurs on Sunday? Do Saka, Smith Rowe, Lacazette, Auba need to be risked tonight?

If you win this leg but drop points to Spurs then you've effectively given Utd and West Ham (and probably Spurs if you lose) the advantage for that last spot.

Saw a stat that Chelsea have only failed to reach a cup final of some sort in three seasons since 2005

Apparently Odegaard, ESR and Tomiyasu are out so we'll probably line-up with:
Ramsdale
Cedric White Holding Gabriel Tierney
Xhaka Lokonga
Saka Lacazette Martinelli

If he's thinking about Spurs maybe some experimental line-up and bring back Pepe, Nketiah + 1 or 2 youngsters. Not confident at all for tonight.

I think there's going to be a reaction on here when you see our starting XI.

In our defense, this game hasn't been rescheduled at all.
True, but on tired legs, that one that was postponed for ONE case of covid, you could have come into this game trying to make up a deficient.

And if they lose today, they have given the advantage to you lot for the second leg.

I'm surprised they are going this strong given the game they have at the weekend; they're never going to beat Liverpool anyway, nevermind over two legs so risking the league game seems odd.

Anyone know the whereabouts of ESR?
They didn't say but it's probably Covid for him and Odegaard.
In fact they did, ESR is a groin injury and probably not being risked before Spurs.

Arse still have a decent chance with no Salah or Mane though.
I think Klopp's obsession with playing 36 year old Milner in games like these also helps them. Jones is available and on the bench. Much better option for me.
