What the feck are those cnuts booing at
Boos at the Etihad. My heart fecking bleeds for you.
Boos, really? Boos?

Some way to support your team, City.
Absolutely mental. Treble winners. Still on for another and they boo one half of football they’re losing. Shite shite fan base they are now. Doubt many of them know what Maine Road was

man, Ancelotti would be great here.
Agree. If he was available I’d be screaming for him. I believe United need someone with his standing in the game. Closest active manager to Ferguson in the respect he commands

Real need to get at City more in the 2nd half if they are to win this as 1 goal isnt going to be enough, hopefully they improve on their passing as well which was terrible at times in the first half.

LVG would be very proud of the first half of Arsenal v Bayern. Oodles of control.

Tbh am impressed with Arsenals patience.

What was Liverpool's record at Anfield prior to the Atalanta game? I'm sure that'd have been pretty decent, too.
Could found only this:
Liverpool suffered a 1-0 defeat to Crystal Palace at Anfield in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon. Eberechi Eze's 14th-minute goal was enough to give Oliver Glasner's visitors the victory – the Reds' first home defeat of the league season and since October 2022.
That is just PL. Could be similar number to City's.

It’s amazing how often Saka goes missing in big games.
To be fair the whole team looks terrified to concede a counter attack. We are so cautious and barely passed the ball to Saka.

Ye I’m hoping this first half was there rubbish half and they play better 2nd half. In the first leg it was a game of 2 half’s. Luckily Madrid are winning whilst playing bad.

I'm not watching it. Is Saka throwing himself down at every single contact and writhing in pain?
Hasn't seen enough of the ball to be doing any of that. His most standout moment was getting hit in the face with it.

Tactical affair between City and Real so far. Real needs a second, they will concede at least once. I wanna see Doku on for Grealish to spice things up and Modric on for Kroos after an hour.

I honestly don't even caring about jinxing but this City side is actually mediocre and I'll be surprised if they win anything beyond the FA Cup.
Same side as last season is it not? Minus Gundogan. It’s very hard to keep performing at a top level year after year and consistently. There worse is still miles better than most teams good.

They aren't playing bad, they have a strategy and are executing well so far.

City need to dial it up a bit.

We aren't playing bad though. We only conceded the one big chance and had the better of them overall in terms of quality of chances. That we likely need to change things up a bit and put more pressure on their defence to survive the second half is another matter

There doing well defensively and forcing city to shoot from far out. But there playing bad in possession, they need to keep hold of the ball. There keeper doesn’t help, he’s lumped it up to no one quite a bit in the first half

Anything that's not free-flowing, relentless, attacking football is "playing bad" to half the posters on this forum.

Bad as in not keeping the ball well. You’ve definitely got the talent to do so. Your keepers giving possession away a lot.

I’d love to know how many touches Haaland has had in 2 legs vs these

Of course he’s a talented player but commentators are so over the top with Bellingham. He could drop is pants, take a dump in the middle of the pitch and the commentators would be creaming themselves…’look at that. Lovely. The perfect curl’

He'll end up going on and doing something special but Grealish is a frustrating player to watch. He obviously has his uses but his finishing and ball striking lacks conviction.
