The handball rule as a whole is so bad these days. 
Maybe they should start awarding indirect freekicks or even drop balls from where the ball was originally played for some of these instead.

Sometimes better to just have a good balance then a collection of names! Ugarte I've heard good things of especially, but yeah definitely not a standout midfield. If they find a good balance and work rate there, then with that front 3 they'd cause any team issues.

Soler, Fabian Ruiz and lee Kang-in can all fill in or rotate for vitinha or Zaire. Ugarte as the holding mid with Marquinhos capable of going there or danilo going there, it's not bad at all.
