Courtois is a joke and had no shame in bigging himself up for a move away from Chelsea. You obviously don't wish injury to other players, but he deserves all the humble pie. It has to be a really serious injury to sub a goalkeeper at half time, especially if he wasn't carrying a knock or anything before the half.
