They have so many matches on the clock they do seem to pick and choose when they put in max effort now. Busquets is sleep walking out there. But important cogs have been lost and replaced by inferior players, exposing weaknesses.

Valverde is basically spanish Moyes. you can give him prime Xavi, Pele and Maradona and he still wouldn't know what to do with them. in his first season at least they were good in defence so he had that going for him, but they're regressing in every area now. you almost can't tell the difference between them and Slavia.
