Surprised Greizman got dropped, thought he was good against Honduras.

He's being punished for his 'attitude problems' or probably he is just being saved from getting a second yellow and missing out on the 3rd game...
Too bad...Griezmann and Pogba were the only two for France that I really wanted to see since I didn't get a chance to watch their first game...now the two most exciting players are out of the starting eleven.

Shaqiri is so bulky. Surprised it doesn't affect his pace

Good luck Evra, one of my favourite United players ever!

Harsh on Valbuena, and Giroud`s knockdowns are fairly creative in their own right. Agreed on the midfield, though. The 6 CM`s out there scream ``take the under``
I'm a fan of Valbuena, I just think leaving practically all of the creative work to Valbuena is stupid. Marseille did it for a while so he's used to the role but at this level it's asking a lot.

Hopefully Bjorn Kuipers will have a good game... is he the best ref in the world right now?

We have shit referees in the Netherland but he is actually quite good.

"These encounters aren't usually laden with goals... the last three games were draws with 3 goals scored between them."

Even *I* know enough about math to see there's something wrong with that statement, ITV commentary man.

I always thought Kolscieny was 1st choice for France
I think he was until he conceded a penalty and later a red card in the first round of the qualifier against the Ukraine (France lost 0-2 and later won the second leg 3-0 IIRC).

That's nasty injury. I hope nothing is wrong with his eye.

Senderson on, and that's Switzerland off.

Playing with only 1 eye doesnt have to be the end of the game though.. this season Tony V played his best game with only 1 eye open.

This looks like another dull game. Will probably turn it off if it stays 0-0 by half time.

The Swiss have problems on corners, it seems. Ecuador goal was similar.
