The question I want to ask is what does trump have on all these cnuts?
He owns their base. Any Republican who goes against Trump is essentially immediately unelectable. Liz Cheney was a rising star in the GOP, she easily won the primary and then the election in 2020. Then she went against Trump, and now she's going to be crushed in her primary for 2022, to someone she outspent by some margin. I'm not sure there's a single Republican who has gone against Trump in that way and who hasn't either retired (or announced it) or been defeated in the primaries.
