Can Barcelona stay on their feet for any longer than 15 seconds at a time? The slightest touch and it's fall over.

Enjoying the game so far. Madrid are so direct, and actually prefer that than a goal which takes 5 minutes to score.

I'm watching a stream with two English speaking blokes one of them seems to be that sounds hysterical for every little thing (and a funny accent), particularly Messi. What's his name really? It's GolTV I think... Totally insane.

Ouch, bad first touch by Ronaldo there, should have been a goal.

Very dull game so far. In many ways this is the most irrelevant game of the quad given the league is pretty much sown up for Barcelona.

But watching ronnie at close range after quite a long time reminds me just how special he was. He'd have taken that second half vs city by the scruff elf the neck and won it for us. Despite Messi being a better all round player, I'd want our old Winker in my time every time.

Ronaldo always complains. He gets fouled and goes down, he complains for a free kick. He gets fouled, stays on his feet but ref whistles a foul, he complains.

Ignore Puyol clattering Marcelo well after the ball goes. Good job, ref.

Waving the imaginary card is annoying, but its not just limited to Barca or Spanish clubs
I remember Nani doing it against Chelsea and Rafael doing it earlier in the season as well.
Players should be booked for that.

8 completed passes for Alonso
42 for xavi
WOW
Lol. If we play barcelona in CL final, I say we play a very defensive 451 with Rooney out left and Hernandez up front and let Barcelona pass themselves to death and the hit them on 75 mins, it's result that counts after all.

In Spain and Portugal that's ignored 95% per cent of the times, and everyone does it, it's not really something particular about Messi.

Pepe's done well in the holding role, Biscuits is an embarassment.
