Unless we replace him with Luis Enrique I don't see the point in sacking him.

Trying to beg Zidane to do the job? Rodgers?

No thanks.
What’s with the sudden Luis Enrique talks, he was only ever good for Barcelona with Neymar Messi and Suarez and has struggled everywhere else

So now the party begins... Who will these clueless lot bring in now?

My bet is Carrick as an interim.
Carrick or Carrick/Fletcher would just be more of the same....neither of these guys should be in the frame. Tbh they need to be relieved of their roles also. Our club needs a compete overhaul, too many jobs for the boys.

Strange Carrick hatred, guy is employed by the manager to coach how he wants the players to play.
The only way that could be true is if Ole tells Carrick that he wants them to play as if they've all been injected with a massive dose of ketamine.

The hatred is strange though.

I fecking loved Ole but I'll be honest, this has left a bitter taste in my mouth watching him lower expectations to the floor season after season the last three years. Hopefully once he's gone, he'll be seen as Ole the great Manchester United player once again.

And you deserve credit for spouting bollocks to give a complete nobody a chance 3 years running?
Plenty of people have enjoyed a good couple of years putting a man down, criticising the club, jumping on a bandwagon of trite insults dressed up as incite. Only difference is Jordan has the platform of a daily radio show to dribble this stuff out whenever the subject comes up, usually prefaced by “I’ve said all along”.

As for those of us who stuck by Ole, which I did until the Leicester game, I doubt if any of us did it expecting credit.

So what are actual fecking rules mate?

It’s been memed so much that I don’t think many people know or frankly give a feck what the rules/laws are.

Annual Compliance Guidance Memo

The NYSE Memo provides a list of important reminders to all exchange listed companies, starting with the requirement to provide a timely alert of all material news. Listed companies may comply with the NYSE’s Timely Alert/Material News policy by disseminating material news via a press release or any other Regulation FD compliant method. For news being released between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST, a company must call the NYSE’s Market Watch Group (i) ten minutes before the dissemination of news that is deemed to be of a material nature or that may have an impact on trading in the company’s securities; or (ii) at the time the company becomes aware of a material event having occurred and take steps to promptly release the news to the public and provide a copy of any written form of that announcement at the same time via email.

For news releases outside the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST companies are generally not required to call the Exchange in advance of issuing news, although companies should still provide a copy of material news once it is disclosed, by submitting it electronically through Listing Manager or via e-mail to nysealert@nyse.com. Where the news is related to a dividend or stock distribution, advance notice must be provided regardless of the time of the announcement either by a call within operating hours or in writing after hours.

No chance unfortunately. Not for a decade or more. He'll be OGS the clown for at least that long.

It's the right decision if he's going.

People celebrating it makes me feel a bit sick.

Remember who is appointing the next one. They've done such a great job with the last 4.

Bellends.

3 year contract for Fletcher incoming.

Interim could be for as little time as a few weeks. If they don't have a contract signed with a replacement coach, you need someone to run the day to day activities. Who cares who it is at this point. I don't think they'll hire the right person anyway but they have a better chance not rushing it.

Although the idiots could have done this in the international break

Is he really an upgrade on Ole?
I'm sure the initial plan is Fletcher taking charge of Villareal while we try sort a proper replacement.

And yes, anyone but Ole is better. The negative energy in the camp needs lifting, you can only do that by removing the manager. It literally can't get any worse.
