Better than the original. Don’t care what anybody else thinks.

Few of my favourite Like a Versions

Posted this one once in some other thread, it's a pretty damn nice job. DMA's are a good band anyway, saw them in Amsterdam last year (I think). Plenty of great Aussie bands out there at the moment coming to think about it.

Fantastic cover.

I'm assuming plenty of you have seen the Strongbow advert, with the two guys performing 'Together in Electric Dreams' in the pub and everyone is singing along?

I love that song, and I love the advert, and I just found it on Itunes and I think it is a fantastic cover. Here it is for anyone interested:

Glen Hansard has quite a few great covers of Van Morrison.

Jeff Buckley covering the Smiths.

The Man Whom's cover of Black-eyed dog by Nick Drake

Bill Bailey did an awesome cover of Radioheads Creep in an Indian stylee. Can't seem to to find an unblocked video of it though.
Seems it's a violation of YouTube's TOS, for some reason. Found a copy on Facebook, though...

Bill Bailey is ace and very underrated, I think. In the same show, he did 'Duelling Sitars', which I guess counts as a cover...

I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned yet...

And some may not know that this is actually a cover...
