For an elite competition and United getting more of a cut, yes, absolutely, still am. Was I for United being kicked out of the PL, no.Hahaha. Piss off. You were for it.

Just block him mate, some of these “fans” just don’t get it and never will.Give over, you spent all night supporting this and giving everyone grief. You think people's memories are that short?
You were frothing over the thought of it.Should I have not responded to your posts? And I was perfectly calm actually and still am. Not sure why you're angry at me though, I didn't ask for the SL and I never said I was for it. It was always about an elite competition which I am still in favour for and I'm still in favour of United getting more of a cut than they currently do. But anyway, if you want to feel like you 'won' something then go ahead and revel, I'll pretend to be sad about all this and we'll all have a merry time.
Yeah sure, bought a t-shirt and everything. Couldn't wait...You were frothing over the thought of it.
Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal , City and Spurs are worth over $20bn between them and all 6 are in the ten richest clubs in the world, which may suggest why Arsenal and Spurs were included in the SL to the astonishment of some.As of 2020 the premier league teams were worth £14.7bn. Let’s say the football league teams add up to another £6bn. That’s £20.7bn.
50% would be £10bn. Fans could have a period of time to pay it back. Or as I said in another post the govt just backs bank loans as a guarantor to fans groups.
obviously no offence to foreign fans, I just think foreign owners bring too much headache and too much greed. The clubs should belong to the fans. All for it. I am a foreign fan, but if I was asked to contribute, I would chip in with pleasure. The leeches, the parasites showed their greed and utter stupidity once again. We know their colours and they won't change.
I literally posted 20 minutes ago saying that supporters of the breakaway clubs aren’t to blame, and they should be lauded for their staunch opposition. That doesn’t mean the clubs themselves did no wrong, if you took off your goggles you’d see that.Yeah don't tell me those from other clubs coming out now wanting to hammer the 6 aren't doing so for selfish, greedy reasons.
So transparent. Punish them all. We might become relevant. Feck off.
Look at the values of the other clubs as well , Liverpool are only just behind us at $4.1bn.Thanks. I was looking at market cap right now. I am not sure how they messaure everything. I need to read little bit about that, I guess.
yep and they’ve shown they can’t be trusted! i wouldn’t be surprised if they tried to pull the same stunt again 5 years down the line.A thousand times yes. Do not end this here, never forget what these cnuts have done to two institutions of European and English football. Arsenal too I guess. Clubs built on principles traditions values and ethos. Of people like Shankly Ferguson Busby Dalglish Fagan Paisley. They dragged us through the mud. They have to face a reckoning.
Sitting on the fence is same as supporring it to me. It is a cartel how can you not oppose it?No I didn't. That's what you thought because you and others were so anti-SL that anyone that wasn't anti was pro to you. I sat on the fence and offered an alternate opinion but I was damn clear about waiting to see what happened next before making a decision. Go back and check if you want
The share price will go down, the owners will still have to service the debt and all other expenses. The pundits are against them, so are fans and authorities. When the fans are allowed back in, they will get quite vocal too. The board will either have to spend more or sell. Letting the club rot will cost hundreds of millions in the profit lost. Not to burst the bubble of the great news, but should we be worried about the "revenge of the glazers" over this? They could decide not to give Ole any money to strengthen the team. If they are pissed enough, they could let the club rot.
The owners did wrong and they should be kicked out.I literally posted 20 minutes ago saying that supporters of the breakaway clubs aren’t to blame, and they should be lauded for their staunch opposition. That doesn’t mean the clubs themselves did no wrong, if you took off your goggles you’d see that.
But Footygirl, English owners are also greedy? You know, there are no innocents anywhere....obviously no offence to foreign fans, I just think foreign owners bring too much headache and too much greed. The clubs should belong to the fans.
Fully apologize no harm ment.Might want to look up what that word means before throwing it around casually?

So Mou is the only super league manager to ever be sacked. What a legend.
As others on here know, I am not one to let things go, so be happy I'm letting you off with just this one.Should I have not responded to your posts? And I was perfectly calm actually and still am. Not sure why you're angry at me though, I didn't ask for the SL and I never said I was for it. In what way is the Champions League not elite enough for you?For an elite competition and United getting more of a cut, yes, absolutely, still am. Was I for United being kicked out of the PL, no.
Ah the old Stalin approach of if you're not for the revolution, you're against it. Because as I said previously, we didn't know all the details of what was going to happen, if the PL could work in conjunction etc. I wanted to see what the fallout was going to be and I was also happy for United to play in an elite competition. Everything else around that I'm not interested in. I just hope the CL reforms are going to be decent now but from what Klopp said yesterday it just looks like more games...Sitting on the fence is same as supporring it to me. It is a cartel how can you not oppose it?
I wonder how much the players are doing to bring this down. I know the threat of not being able to play international football should be enough to get players threatening mutiny.Great message from KDB.

Shame the two biggest stars of football are still silent.
That and going behind everyone’s back including fans and players and essentially staging a coup. That was a little mishap tooThey should have added promotion and relegation to the Super League, that was their biggest mistake.
Let him be. I don't think he understands the problem of not needing to compete to be a true elite club. He wants the cake and the icing of it without effort. In what way is the Champions League not elite enough for you?
Mate, I really don't want to go through this again but no. A competition that has Midgyhtland in the group stage and teams like United, Roma and AC Milan sitting at home isn't elite in my opinion. Just my opinion though, many on here seem to think it is. It doesn't get good until the semi's.In what way is the Champions League not elite enough for you?
You mean local fans? I am all for it. As I said earlier, if the shares were to be floated publicly, I would consider buying some. If not, then it is okay. Would not lose much sleep over it. As for foreign fans they generate an absolute majority of the club's income. But this is for another thread.obviously no offence to foreign fans, I just think foreign owners bring too much headache and too much greed. The clubs should belong to the fans.
That too. That and going behind everyone’s back including fans and players and essentially staging a coup. That was a little mishap too
But that was no mistake. They want guaranteed dough, year-in, year-out. Having relegation and promotion basically made the idea somewhat pointless from the vultures' point of view. That and going behind everyone’s back including fans and players and essentially staging a coup. That was a little mishap too
You wasn’t the one that’s anted exciting transfers like swapping Kane for Bruno? I Can’t remember there was a few getting excitedNo I didn't. That's what you thought because you and others were so anti-SL that anyone that wasn't anti was pro to you. I sat on the fence and offered an alternate opinion but I was damn clear about waiting to see what happened next before making a decision. Go back and check if you want
You can't force a PLC to sell at a price that you set. And you can't force it to sell at the time you want. The owners might value their clubs at 20bn each and that's the value you have to pay.As of 2020 the premier league teams were worth £14.7bn. Let’s say the football league teams add up to another £6bn. That’s £20.7bn.
50% would be £10bn. Fans could have a period of time to pay it back. Or as I said in another post the govt just backs bank loans as a guarantor to fans groups.
Well the free market hasn’t worked for fans so that’s where the Govt needs to step in. I don’t care what Roman Abramovich or Malcolm Glazer wants. If our Govt passes a law saying clubs need to be majority owned by fans then that needs to happen. Billionaires can take their money elsewhere. They still get fair market value.Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal , City and Spurs are worth over $20bn between them and all 6 are in the ten richest clubs in the world, which may suggest why Arsenal and Spurs were included in the SL to the astonishment of some.
That's not including many other Pl and lower league teams. Do you seriously think all the owners are going to give up the ownership of these clubs under compulsory purchase. Surefire way to ensure this SL does happen.
It's elite until Manchester United can win titles in the bloody EPL and dominate 38 games over a season. Until then, we don't deserve to be called elite in any fashion. Especially when our last title was 8 years ago and we don't seem to be able to listen to football people. Maybe now it's about to change a little bit but the road is long before we become an elite club again. No title = not elite.Mate, I really don't want to go through this again but no. A competition that has Midgyhtland in the group stage and teams like United, Roma and AC Milan sitting at home isn't elite in my opinion. Just my opinion though, many on here seem to think it is. Ironically he caused it. That interview killed the plan.Perez must be fuming, couldnt have happened to a bigger cnut!
