Southgate is so conservative. You need to bring some spark and change the momentum and still no Grealish (or Sancho at least).

I've always thought England's progress at the last couple of tournaments had more to do with their fixture list than any managerial skill from Southgate. But he has a chance to shut me up forever in the next 20 mins.
