It's not like any other player is doing something. I can't recall a single positive thing Mount did in 105 mins, same for Kane.
Kane has played really well. Saka was brought on for fresh legs and energy and looks like he doesn't know what to do.

I expect all out attack from England in the second half of ET. I can't see them winning the penalties.

He’s saving it for the Hendo - Pickford swap for the shoot out.
Pickford did nice save from Colombia penalty at world cup. England actually won the two shoot outs he's played in.

Same old players brought on. Same old players allowed to stay on regardless of effort or how they’re playing. Sterling just runs in straight lines, Kane can’t be arsed to do anything but fall over. Grealish comes on despite showing literally nothing so far and Pickford sends every goal kick to Donnaruma for some reason.
