Defoe to score anytime at 1.8 looks good to me with Rooney in the form he's in, is Defoe likely to play? 6 goals in 11 starts in all competitions so far, 16 goals for England since 2008 (14 starts and 19 sub appearances).
Defoe isn't starting, it's Rooney and Welbeck up front.

Both away odds look far too short to me (Arsenal 1.58 & City 1.77). I'd say Arsenal are no better than 4/5 and City even money.
