The story about Chelsea being willing to pay the 17M was a comment in a tweet from a journalist saying it was believed Chelsea would be willing to do so. Do you see the difference?

But the expectations for this window are completely unrealistic and in actual fact the club have actually done very well in getting what they got so far.
