Or a hospital for the mentally ill.
this makes no sense
It makes perfect sense
Ok, thanks, i am calm now. Your post and a emergency rub took the worst angst awayNo the whole deal was 95%
The Agreement between the clubs is 90% suggesting the rest is pretty much wrapped.
Honestly, no I don't think so. One of his small weaknesses is that he is prone to going missing when the going gets especially tough. Think that's what most Barcafans critisize him for, he's a bit of a fair weather player.Does he have that win at all costs mentality?

Oh greatHonestly, no I don't think so. One of his small weaknesses is that he is prone to going missing when the going gets especially tough. Think that's what most Barcafans critisize him for, he's a bit of a fair weather player.
Doesn't mean he doesn't perform against top sides mind you, since he was great against Denmark, Germany and Belgium this year.
Looks like your side has been waiting for very long to rub it in eh? As compared to SAF era, you guys have only won the EPL once despite having the best team. We even managed to get 2nd twice despite being on our worst cycle. Pretty absymal. To be fair to Barca are Utd going to achieve any further conditions like Frenkie winning the PL, CL, golden boot, Balloon Door, finish top 4? Unless Barca get money if Utd finish top 6 again is an acceptable condition.
Down from 95%? Dont like this, dont like it at all. Better sign him fast before we are down to 50%. Or less
Kovacic can pass, he isn’t a playmaker in the way the likes of Alonso or Scholes were but he can pass pretty good.He can pass unlike Kovacic though, right? To me there’s a pretty wide gap between Verratti and Kovacic on that count, and if he’s on the Kovacic side of things…it’s hard to see how a midfielder that can’t pass is worth that kind of money.

Exactly! This is the reason why Manchester United were patient with the deal as they knew that Barcelona had no choice and eventually will have to come to a compromise. Yet some of our "fans" were crying why we have not thrown the entire budget at De Jong.Great bit of business if/when it becomes official
He has played his best footy under Ten Hag against Real, Juve and Spurs. Don't worry, I'm convinced he will be amazing in the PL.Oh great
Is that Frenkie? Thought it was me for a second and wondered how the hell you would know how i look
Tbf to him at least he was humble enough to add the top 4 trophy at the end considering that's the best they could offer Barca over us atmLooks like your side has been waiting for very long to rub it in eh? Anyway Barca trying to increase the initial fee has nothing to do with whether they are dealing with a club that can challenge for honours consistently. They are trying to increase it because their financial situation is very bad, Manchester United is in a strong financial position and they are also looking at the funds for their future transfers. It is just opportunistic behaviour by them.

Will send the pic to my dad to calm him also.

I don't think 65 is a good deal for Barça at all. In fact, I think it is extremely bad. Not bad, EXTREMELY BAD.I said this many times, United did well in negotiating the price down, De Jong is a superb player, normally Barca would not sell him, but they had financial issues, which was what United took advantage of, Barca needed De Jong's wages off the books plus cash from his transfer fee, United offered a very respectable 65M euros upfront, so, from Barca's perspective, this definitely alleviates their financial issues, while it is also a good deal for United.
Also, Barca got 2 excellent home grown CMs in Pedri & Gavi, so De Jong's departure would not be a major loss.
I would say this is still a win-win outcome for both Barca & United.
Edging each other at the same time.Fecking edging now.
What was is first? Seducing right?
Now we're edging him? Or is he edging us?
Oh feck offIt's Goldbridge
Does this mean personal terms have yet to be agreed?Manchester United have reached a broad agreement over a 65m euro (£56m) fee, plus add-ons, with Barcelona for the Netherlands midfielder Frenkie de Jong.
However, club sources say the deal is not done and there are still significant issues to work through.
He's my favorite current Dutch player by far. His ability to cut through lines both by dribbling post opponents or passing is amazing. Coaches should just resist the urge to turn him into an attacking player, because he really isn't one.
When used correctly and one form, he is one of the best midfielders in the world if you ask me.
He's a very moany twat though, which is a bit of a shame. Off the pitch he's a nice dude though (at least if his interviews are something to go by).
Bottomline 9.5/10 player.
