Draxler, Diallo, Kurzawa have been for sale for a while, Icardi is one of the reason Leonardo has been sacked, Gueye and Paredes have been poor contributors and PSG has tried to sell them for more than a year, the only new addition to that list is Wijnaldum.

Let's see. One test I'd apply is that no big club has ever? managed to offload that many expensive contracts (~40M / yr) in a single window.
In my book if they succeed, it means that they were forced to do so and had to adopt some unethical means. Spanish clubs are motivated to spin this, so I'm sure they'll get their journos to dig.
