I read it was £600k as he wanted more than Sanchez got.
Seriously though great news. Hes a young lad and after being the surprise package last season it usually happens that young players are marked better and this usually leads to a tail off in performances. Hope next season he gets game time to see if he can be the CF. Carabou cup maybe?

What we need from him is better movement in around the box. He's getting fantastic delivery into the box from Luke Shaw now and he needs to be getting on the end of some of them. He needs to be asking himself why he's never scored a header for us and also why he's virtually never scored in the 6 yard box for us (Sheffield United last year only one I can recall). He's missed a few chances he'd have put away last season but he's not getting himself into clear goalscoring positions like say Cavani does. He'll get there in time but that's where he needs to improve.

Read in that Athletic article that Ole is trying to get him to frequently arrive at that right back post to score from Shaw’s regular pinpoint crosses as AWB did against Southampton. Good to see, because he needs to do that more.
 
Excellent news! He carries the ball so well and we all know he can finish when he’s given a proper opportunity.
 
Ole odds on to mention this in a summer presser when we're asking why we haven't brought in a RW :lol:

I think his all round game is coming along nicely. Looks a top top player in the making.
 
Glad to see him extend his contract. There's certainly been signs recently that he's getting closer to his best that we saw last year. Just needs to add that end product that we saw last season now and it would be fantastic. I defintiley would like to see him get a chance at the number 9 position in the games that Cavani doesn't/can't play.
 
Hopefully, he will start getting some time upfront, before he goes the way of Rashford and Martial of been a striker shoved on the wing for years and ends up not been great at either position.
 
Excellent news! I'm hoping Ole gives him a run out as CF in the Europa league. He could be Martial's sub. We don't need Cavani for that competition.

My guess is somewhere around 90k range due to his age and potential?

Great news, hope Ole's also given him assurances about playing time. There's times you can see he's got a lot of the tools to be a top class player.

I think he's struggled this season as every other team he's played in has been too easy for him, Ole really needs to give him support and the belief that there's a starting spot for him if he can start to deliver.
